Morning stretching can help with a couple of things It relieves stress especially of you have tensed muscles. Decrease risk of muscle strain or injuries. Increases blood circulation to muscle and joints. I have a couple of friends that do YOGA every morning and they say it works. Hope it helps. |
Health / Re: Drug For Acid Reflux by olusky(m): 12:12am On Dec 26, 2008 |
@bigmodo There are couple of classes of drugs that you can use for GERD, you will have to decide which on is best for you. i dont know the brand names of drugs you have there in Nigeria, but here are my suggestions Proton pump blockers such as: Protonix, Nexium, Prevacid, Aciphex H2 Blockers such as :Zantac and Pepcid I will recommend the proton pump blockers, because the work better than the H2 blockers. Let me also say that you also have to make some lifestyle changes if you really want to your GERD to go away such as -Eating smaller rations of food. -If you are obese, you have to loose weight -Stop smoking -Avoid caffeine, perpermint, spicy foods, citrus fruits such as oranges, Tomato, chocolates AND, DO NOT EAT 3-4HR BEFORE GOING TO BED. i.e sit up straight after eating, don't lie down. Hope this helps. Cheers. 1 Like |

faakay, being igbo or Yoruba has nothing to do with it. It doesnt matter if you are illegal or legal, the fact is that everyone deserves to be treated as a human being. Illegal immigrants are not criminals!!!!!! 1 Like |

My prayers go to all those Nigerians in prisons in China and everywhere else in the World. Please fellow Nigerians, its better to stay in the motherland than go to these countries that treat you worse than a "dog". I beg you, stay in naija. Naija cant be as bad as China, Russia and all those other racist countries. COME HOME!!!! |
