Simple. The net profit should be shared 85:15, but the active partner should be paid for the work he puts into the job (just like an employee). So both partners have to sit down and agree on the wage rate for the tasks to be carried out by the active partner; and such wage or salary will be charged in the expenditure account. This is very important, because when the business eventually booms, the active partner will most likely step down from day-to-day activities and employ helping hands. This, to me, is the most realistic profit sharing plan |
ROTFLMAO! Dont be discouraged by the antics. Just ignore them if you know you're saying the truth. It doesn't make any sense to try and fight back or delete your account because of responses. People differ and opinions differ. Thats the reason why its called a forum. shogotermies: |

katunj:1.You dont understand how sophisticated piracy works 2. You don't understand how sophisticated piracy works 3. You don't understand how sophisticated piracy works 4. Have a good day. |
katunj:All these points you raised are only permissible when talking about physical products like drugs, food, etc! Who buys physical copies of movies again? In this era of cinemas, Bluetooth, wifi, and torrenting? What's UPC barcode, to the Alaba boys, or notjustok, or tooxclusive etc? Guy, 80% of my music are from itunes, and i dont even have an account with itunes. We have more than 30000 full nollywood movies on YouTube... Who gives a hoot about UPC? So whats the point and who is the clueless one? For your information, anybody can clone barcode. If a technology can read a barcode, that same technology can clone it. As a programmer and a web developer, I know what I'm saying. If any solution must be introduced to curb piracy, it must directly address digital contents transfer in the Nigeria webspace. Personally I can recommend 20 policies that can put an end to piracy in Nigeria, but i won't because I'm not getting paid to do so. I really dont have time, to go back and forth with the issue. I wish i had time. Technology is dynamic and ever-changing; so read up. |
Unbelievable! In 2016, these guys are still talking about barcoding CDs. This is why we need young, vibrant, tech-savy guys in every department, agency and ministry in Nigeria. This idea is dead on arrival, for few reasons. 1. No one buys C.Ds again.: seriously, when was the last time anybody purchased a physical copy of Nollywood films? Haven't they heard of youtube? Or irokotv? e.t.c. Dont tell me that they also plan to Barcode irokotv movies and our Bluetooths/wifi. Looool. 2. Barcoding is an outdated concept : Thess days, we are talking about end-to-end encryption of data; just like what whatsapp recently introduced to its messaging platform . I doubt if any of these guys @ the meeting know what that even means. In this era of torrenting. 3. Verifying authentic CDs will be cumbersome and cost ineffective. 4. At the end of the day, billions of naira will be wasted on this dumb idea, and next year, another dumb idea will come up. Ill stop here, because i don dey dose up. I know most of us have more reasons. As a Nigerian, it hurts to see that these are the kind of people at the helm of power. Little wonder is it, that they cannot come up with innovative ideas to steer the crumbling economy. Fellow nairalanders, Archaic policies must stop, period! |

Pesuzok:Well they might replace him with another southerner. It really doesn't matter. |
This man right here, is a sound economist. He is right about everything. It almost felt like macroeconomics lectures again....almost forgot I was on Nairaland. Brothers and sisters , we have brains in this country. Authoritatively, we can say the PDP regime was able to bring together a vibrant economic team compared to other regimes. Although, dem chop money no be small. But their economic team, from d minister of finance, CBN gov, Trade and Investment, Etc.. were brilliant. It looks to me like the present economic team only read "Economics key point for secondary school" and thought they were intellectually grounded, but they are not. Things must change |
Happy Birthday to a worthy Mentor. More grace, fire, and prosperity. |

Unbelievable! Gunmen suspected to be militants were said to have invaded Igbolomu and Ishawo areas in Ikorodu Local Government Area of Lagos State. According to eyewitnesses who escaped from one of the invaded areas, said the gunmen from the Niger Delta came through water channel since yesterday and started shooting sporadically. Details later. first thing first, I would like you to know that there are only 2(as for me) blog powering brands in the world; WordPress and . While you can always get ur blog up and running on any of both brands for free, I recommend you go with WORDPRESS, because its more than just a blog tool. its a CMS, particularly as you intend to have your own custom domain. Besides, Thats what 68% of websites are built on.... or can over 5 million blogger be wrong? That being said, all you have to do is to buy your custom domain name wherever you want to buy it, and get a share hosting(cos its cheaper) from any hosting company of your choice. Just because they call it shared hosting doesn't mean somebody will be dragging your site with you. lol. Its yours and yours only; although you might encounter problems with the bandwidth. Its not something u can't handle I can tell that you are so concerned about your google AdSense. not to worry, WordPress has gazzilions of plugins to help u out with virtually anything and they are free. Even google supports WordPress http://support.google.com/adsense/answer/3380627?hl=en That being said, do you Need a website for your business, business ideas, or services? Despite threats by the Ayuba Wabba faction of NLC to continue with its planned strike action today May 18th, the Federal Government has advised all workers in the Civil service to resume for work today, saying the no work no pay rule will be invoked in all ministries, agencies and department. Speaking after a meeting with labor yesterday May 17th, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal said: "The National Industrial Court has given an injunction that no strike by NLC and TUC should hold tomorrow (today). It is therefore clear that anyone embarking on strike tomorrow (today) is doing so illegally and government is assuring all Nigerians to come out and do their jobs tomorrow (today). It the duty of government to provide security for her citizens and anyone who tries to coerce any worker to do their bidding would be made to face the law of the land. We had full cooperation with the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria and they said they are not going on strike. For them, it is a complete return to work tomorrow (Wednesday). "It is not the same with the NLC however. They have two factions, one agreed completely with the position of the TUC. Government, therefore, calls upon and advises all workers to respect the laws of the land and to desist from participating in an illegal action. Government undertakes to guarantee the safety of workers and their workplaces, and expects that normal work will continue in the interest of the nation. "Accordingly, security agencies have been directed to ensure unimpeded access to offices, workplaces and markets. Accordingly, all ministers, permanent secretaries and heads of government agencies are hereby directed to invoke the provision of ‘no work no pay’ in respect of any staff member who absents himself or herself from work to join the strike. Attendance registers are required to be opened in all Ministries, Departments and Agencies.”he said Source: www.lindaikejisblog.com/2016/05/fg-tells-workers-you-must-go-to-work.html?m=1 |
