Functional application of knowledge is power. You will be a better businessman learning from successful businessmen and not from a Professor of Business Administration, that never grew and managed a business
You are on ur own.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give what you don't have.

Big clothes doesn't mean a big man, but a gold fish has to hiding place. No matter how a big man tries to disguise there are certain traces that will give him out, if you know you know.

A lot of hustlers organising trainings on how to be a multi millionaire, when they don't have anything worth N1 million naira to their names.

The hustle is real, you will be alright

So how come the best professor of Economics is not the richest person on Earth? Anybody that refuses to seek knowledge will remains fool. knowledge is power.

Leave story, experience is the best teacher. Who training epp.

Your statement of account will show how your started again 2 years ago and turned your N1000 to over N1 million in 24 months.

Yoruba people have a proverb " the person who wants to buy clothes for me, I will need to see the type of clothes he is putting on".
U will remain ignorant. U forget that same Yoruba proverb that says. "Big Clothes is not the big man". ( Aso n la ko leyan n la) ignorancy will not kill u.

He will still need your bank statement to see how you have been able to grow your money in the last 24 months.
Yes, because I was like him before. Wasting my money in the name of Investment, when I should be using my money myself, I don't want him to make the same mistakes. Imagine me loosing N5mil in the Nigeria Stocks Exchange. Now, no money to even run my own business, when I have used my hard earn money to finance another person own. So I see those who are looking for Where to invest their money as people who lacks awareness on how money are managed. I myself was an example. I don't want people to make such mistakes I made ok.

I don't remember having contacted you, I'm sure you have me mixed up with someone else.

That notwitstanding since you say you have a business that needs finance I would like you to give a brief description of the business here.

I hope the business name is already registered and that it has a dedicated bank account.

You must also have at least bank statements of the business for the last 24 months at the very least

Please send me a PM if you have all the requirements in place especially the bank statements
I actually want to teach u how to manage ur money urself. It is better to manage ur money urself than risking it in all these stupid Investments scattered all over Nigeria. I will advise u taking ur destiny into ur hands. I myself did not realize this truth in time, not until I lost so much money in Nigeria Stocks Exchange. So forget all these Investments, acquire the best skill that will help u manage and earn profits for urself. By the time u are through with the training, u will never think of Investing ur money with anybody.

Investment / Re: Suggestions Needed On Where To Invest N11million For 17months by Oluwahelpme(m): 2:17pm On Nov 28, 2020
Nitric:
I need suggestions or proposals for investment of the sum of N14 million for a period of 23 months starting from January 2021.

All sectors of the economy are welcome excluding forex trading and other online businesses with vague processes, just make sure you can defend your proposal with evidence of past performance.

I would also consider investing in a viable business venture but would need to exit by November 2022

Modified
Please no start-ups, only businesses that are currently running and have done so continuously for at least 24 months (Agro businesses 36 months)

You must have evidence that the business is commercially viable

Also note, I am not interested in a business which you have never done before but which you think is viable because you have seen others doing it

For export businesses, your overseas client must be ready to issue confirmed Letter of Credit

For those outside Lagos you must be ready to provide a collateral that is movable or is located in Lagos. You must also be ready for at least one physical meeting where you will present your proposal and supporting documents

Additional modification
If you are contacting me for a loan please make sure you have adequate collateral for the amount you want to borrow.
I wonder how someone will expect me to give him a loan of N7 million to invest in an online business without providing collateral.

If you do not have collateral do not waste your time contacting me, I will not give you an unsecured loan even if the investment will pay ROI of 1,000%!
Sir, u contacted me some days ago. I still have some fantastic Investment opportunities for u. Kindly call me for details.

Investment / Re: If You are given 10 million Naira today. How Would You Invest It? by Oluwahelpme(m): 6:36pm On Nov 27, 2020
Chumachu:
As the Naira devalues with each passing day coupled with the negligible interest rates of savings accounts today which is 1.15% a year and 0.095% a month. Saving money in the bank is now counterproductive.

You are opportuned to have #10,000,000 in your account or you were given, what investment would you do that will fetch you at least 5% (500,000naira) a month with capital still in tact.

Waiting for ideas. This should be interesting.

It has to. That is why it is called financial market. A market is a place where things are bought and sold. And the price rise and fall. These are some of the basics things u need to understand as a financial markets trader. Be it Forex, Binary Options, Crypto currency, Stocks etc. That is why me as a coach teach people in a simple way how the markets work. Forget all these rubbish they have been teaching you in the past.

Hi NLers, I need your advice, Am planning on setting up a hedge fund/private equity fund that invests in nigeria. I have already developed an investing strategy that gives a turn over of 40% per month on average, but I'd like to diversify the portfolio to other investments available in nigeria....not to make this long; I need your honest advice on investing in agriculture, real estate and transportation in Nigeria, although not limited to these, I'd like to know the possible risks and government regulation concerning hedge funds in Nigeria.
Do away from Ponzi Schemes. Set up a real a business. Integrity pays.

Because am not soliciting for loans or money like you, am trying to get advice from reasonable nairalanders on the topic at hand.....are you ret@rded or are you just acting the part of a ret@rd.
My problem with u is that, for u to tell us that ur Investment is yielding 40% shows that the Investment is Ponzi. No reasonable Investors will Invest his hard earned money on investment that generates 40% returns every month. Even Investment regulatory bodies will just chase u out of their office the moment u promise ur Investors 40% returns. Because any right thinking person knows that it is not visible for a genuine business to generate profit of 40% every month. Even Dangote does not pay his Investors 40% returns every month.

You're obviously trying to derail this thread...
I quite understand that with the recession in the country most people are angry, jobless, hungry and looking for who to take
out their frustrations on, unfortunately am not the cause of your calamities in life, maybe your business has been a total failure which is why you resort to binary which most people know is a scam reason they ignore your thread, it's why you think that certain profit returns aren't possible which is why you'll probably remain poor, broke and frustrated in life if you don't change that mindset, the time you use to do this, why don't you take an online course and develop yourself as a person, or go into agriculture(there are quite a number of educative nairaland threads on agriculture), do something that will improve your life instead of displaying stupidity on a place of public discourse. If you have nothing reasonable to add, kindly stop spamming this thread and let those with reasonable contributions do so. Thanks
Ha ha ha ha. Bad scammer (boy). Well, I have told u, that u will see greedy Nigerians that are looking for 40% ROI every month. So please don't be annoyed that I'm spoiling market for u. Scammer claiming to be making 40% returns on Forex. If u are making such money as u claim, why are you then looking for investors. Bad boy, (Ponzi schemer) claiming to be marking 40% returns on Forex. MMM master planner. ( Rubbing Peter to pay Paul) RPP.
