I spoke to my uncle this morning about my experience that I have been having on the weak erection of unknown medical cause, I have done some tests, but nothing could be traced to be the cause. Whenever I take some blue pills, I usually have it strong. Anyway, he told me stop eating Maggi, that it causes sickness of the body mechanism, That I should use "Iru" to cook. I told my wife she supported that. My mum does not even use Maggi to cook. I will try it.
Does eating Maggi in the meal affect the working mechanism of the body ?

Yes I believe.
Maggi and all food seasonings contain a compound called monosodium glutamate in large quantities. This has an adverse effect on body metabolism, but has loving effects to our tongue. This compound like I said is bad , causes retention of fluid in the system there by making it hard for your kidneys to function maximally, gives your liver extra job in breaking it down and neutralising it, it affect the brain and more...the total effect is dangerous considering the fact that we make use of it often. Go natural if you can.....it may take a while to adapt.

my belief is an average Nigerian as at now is an Entrepreneur who can succeed in whatever business he or she ventures into. If the reports and facts gotten from all over the world and the country itself can not translate to the common man when he goes to the market to make a purchase, then whatever facts and figures you have is to no effect. I believe the Gov't can help SME's practice without much intrusion by tax and registration, and give out necessary needs (factors of production) to them, not necessarily money. even the gov't will be pleased at the growth rate with a year. Give such SME's a five years plan for survival, then after which taxes and revenues can be pain back to the gov't. the growth of these SME's will definitely be the joy of the gov't and the country at large. in fact, its a win/win.

The Cuban Coast Guard announced this morning, that they had intercepted an unmanned ship heading for the island, which is presumed to be the SS Cotopaxi, a tramp steamer which vanished in December 1925 and has since been connected to the legend of the Bermuda Triangle.
The Cuban authorities spotted the ship for the first time on May 16, near a restricted military zone, west of Havana. They made many unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the crew, and finally mobilized three patrol boats to intercept it.
When they reached it, they were surprised to find that the ship was actually a nearly 100-year old steamer identified as the Cotopaxi, a name famously associated with the legend of the Bermuda Triangle. There was no one on board and the ship seemed to have been abandoned for decades, suggesting that this could actually be the tramp freighter that disappeared in 1925.
An exhaustive search of the ship led to the discovery of the captain’s logbook. It was, indeed, associated with the Clinchfield Navigation Company, the owners of the SS Cotopaxi, but hasn’t brought any clue concerning what happened to the ship over the last 90 years.
Cuban expert, Rodolfo Salvador Cruz, believes that the captain’s logbook is authentic. This document is full of precious information concerning the life of the crew before the ship’s disappearance, but the entries stop suddenly on December 1, 1925.
On 29 November 1925, the SS Cotopaxi departed Charleston, South Carolina, and headed towards Havana, Cuba. The ship had a crew of 32 men, under the command of Captain W. J. Meyer, and was carrying a cargo of 2340 tons of coal. It was reported missing two days later, and was unheard of for almost 90 years.
The Vice President of Council of Ministers, General Abelardo Colomé, announced that the Cuban authorities were going to conduct a thorough investigation to elucidate the mystery of the ship’s disappearance and reappearance.
“It is very important for us to understand what happened” says General Colomé. “Such incidents could be really bad for our economy, so want to make sure that this kind of disappearance doesn’t happen again. The time has come to solve the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle, once and for all.”
The Bermuda Triangle is a loosely defined region covering the area between Miami, Puerto Rico and Bermuda, where dozens of ships and planes have disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
Popular culture has attributed many of the disappearances to paranormal and supernatural phenomena, or to the activity of extraterrestrial beings. One explanation, even pins the blame on leftover technology from the mythical lost continent of Atlantis.
Despite the popularity of all these strange theories, most scientists don’t even recognize the existence of the Bermuda Triangle, and blame human mistakes and natural phenomena for the disappearances.
The mysterious reappearance of the SS Cotopaxi has, however, already generated a lot of interest in the scientific community and could push some experts to change their mind on the subject.

Although the Nigerian Police and OPC members have been repelling their entry in the towns for  possible kidnap. This is the same water way that was used to kidnap the Oniba of Iba Town. Pls forward to appropriate bodies. There is an Army barracks close by in Ojo (Ojo military cantonment) for reinforcement.

I was expecting a better say from you. A doctor's not a security guard. Other men were there in the facility with her, but non wanted tomake contact with him. She understood the meaning of if it if it went out tothe public and SHE single handedly contain HIM against all odds, (stronger,agile, voracious, mean, etc) apart from the act of bravry that she took up the spirit toattend tohim. If not foranything else, we should show our appreciation. She left her immediate family behind to think of her country first. That's patriotism. Thanks

Just last week, the global smart phone maker introduced into the Nigerian market, BlackBerry Z3 , a product that is within the reach of an average Nigerian
BlackBerry Territory Director, East, West, Central and Southern Africa, Mr Charles Asinugo, who spoke to Technology Journalists during the introduction of the new product in Lagos said with optimism that the Canadian smart phone maker was restructuring to regain its lead position in the competitive smart phone market.
