But in a situation whereby i spend like one to two days to secure a deal,post it on the thread and someone shows interest, then i send the link to the picker without collect a dime from the deal buyer,but the seller did not show up...i think telling me to refund the deal buyer is a double loss for me,,because sleepless night,fuel,stress and data is been used before the deal is being secure..

Refund chisom cause you the phone was not as described, it is none of chisoms fault. Either he refund completely and chisom return the phone to him or chisom keeps the phone and tolu pays him a fee agreed by both parties to cover the loss.

Majorly the fault is Tola's. It has to be assumed that Tola is a deal finder as such he should have asked the seller if the phone was unlocked. Which is what our pickers always tell us to ask, ask and ask questions.

Minorly, Chisom also has a fault cos he should have asked Tola properly if the phone was OK and unlocked.

Tola however has to be the one to take responsibility, he can however plead with Chisom for them to share the cost.
Reason being if Tola had not sold it offshore, but brought it in country he would have been the one to repair it.
