Federal government should deescalate tension in South East.

Simon Ekpa is fingered to be behind the mayhem and crimes in southeast. He Is domiciled in Finland. Federal government is doing nothing to extradite him back to Nigeria to pay for his crimes.

I don't see any difficulty bringing him back to Nigeria to pay for his crimes. Amaka was easily fished out in Canada for her inciting comments and anti Yoruba sentiment.

Why then the delay in bringing Simon Ekpa?

I'm trying to believe the narrative that federal authorities have hands in the mayhem in southeast. Maybe ,to keep the region in perpetual darkness.

Why, again, Is it difficult to release Nnamdi KANU when supreme court has released him from treasonable charges.? He was renditioned from Kenya since July 2021 and kept incommunicado.

No nation makes progress under this warped template!

FG should declare state of emergency on Benin Bye Pass -Asaba highways. It's in a dilapilated state. Ditto Benin - Sapele road.

The loquacious Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, should tell us what he Is doing to fix the roads in dire straits.

He should not only be obsessed with controversial Lagos -calabar coastal highways only. He should look at some of the roads causing pains to road users across the country owned by federal government.

Ironically, south south and southeast produce bulk of the oil that keeps the engine of the economy running. Yet, the regions are starved of roads infrastructure.

The man hour lost in navigating these roads is unacceptable. Government needs to be productive in fixing them to avoid feelings of neglect and isolation.

The abject neglect of these roads could give rise to insurgency because of feeling of neglect by the indigenous peoples.

Enough is enough!
