Yes o, my brother, at least 96% of Enugu state looks like shit, but most of my Ibo brothers come here to nairaland, to decieve gullible Nigerians that the place is Eldorado by showing 20% of the area of Enugu city, not to even mention all of Enugu state, which it would surprise you, has about the same number of people as Only Ibadan City. That was as at 2006. About 3.2 Million each.

Aba, is nowhere near as big or expansive as Ibadan, but it is the Biggest settlement the Ibos have..... despite its considerably smaller area, it still looks like a PIGSTY or Refuse dump.

To be honest, the South West is the Heartbeat of Nigeria and the Nigerian economy, Industry, Music, Fashion and Trends etc, and has at least 35% of the largest settlements in the country, While South East is just regarded by most people as one non-existent corner of the country but which make the loudest noise.
For those of us from Kogi and Benue, SE is just the place we pass on our way to Port Harcourt and Calabar.

The best punishment would have been subjecting the school to a heavy fine and mandating new Statewide rules for places of learning, not removing privately employed people from their sources of livelihood. Because till I speak, there still isn't any law in place against the abuse of school aged children.

On a secondary note, I wonder if such swift actions would have been taken if the affected was a 17 year old boy/male student
