Someone should help please!

Greetings to everyone helping out here.
Please is it true that if dependants have to join the main applicant later in the UK
there won't be need to show proof of the maintenance fee? Help please, I'm confused.

sadonce you fill in your details, they restrict your view to few times, how then can one get a convenient date? angry
Stella91:
It no longer shows at the left hand side of the site. I guess they changed it but the calendar is available when you fill in your details.

I just tried to figure it out now, registered as a new user with another email address, but when I got to stage 5 where I need to enter my personal data I didn't know what to do, should I go ahead with my details? Thanks
listaby:
Please open another account with a different email address and be using that to check dates. and you don't need receipt ref no for that. If youkeep logging in, you may get locked out for as much as 72 hours. TAs soon as you see a date you like, then you can quickly log into the other and choose the date you want. This is what I did in my own case.

Thanks so much, God bless you! I'm relieved to know there's a way out. But please how do I open another account? I don't really understand. Thanks

Good day everyone, I need help please. Been trying to reschedule an earlier date but each time I log into the appointment page it starts warning that i'm approaching the maximum time to view the page, then locks me out after about 2 times of refreshing the page.

I want to know if it's a general issue, then how can one ensure to get a convenient date when you have a very short time on the site per day?
Travel / Re: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by Omoluv5: 3:23pm On Jun 26, 2021
Oh, I only know you add up dependents before scheduling a date.

I think she meant after completely booking an appointment for herself

Just scroll down, you'll find a place to add family or dependent, click and follow the instructions.

Good morning Everyone, Hope your day is going great! Please I just booked an appointment for may which is the earliest date on the site. I would want to have my husband and kids on the same day as me. Is there a way to add them after I have finished booking mine?

Sponsored by aunt or she's writing the Invitation letter?
If she is sponsoring your trip then i think you should wait until you can sponsor your family vacation. Do not jeopardize your future applications. Just hold in for now. Please.
Thanks for your response... She filled and signed an affidavit of support on our behalf

Sir, if you will really stay for 2 months, don't tell the embassy or POE that you will stay for 3 weeks. It will hurt your renewals in the future.
You mentioned that you are applying for your entire family and your Aunt is sponsoring, coupled with the intention of 2 months stay. Tread very carefully. Go and read this entire thread from beginning and you will understand why I am issuing this caution.
Hmm... I really appreciate this

Vacation for 2 whole months? You no get work/business or kids in school?
Thanks for your response, we'll reduce to 3weeks if that'll make getting the visa easier, only wanted to use the opportunity to visit some friends and family in some other states, we're being sponsored by my aunt.

Abuja has January dates open
Good day everyone, please is it safe to go ahead with visa payment seeing that dates are scarce? We're applying for a tourist visa for the family, travel month would've been August, to return in October... What do we do please? Should we reapply for next year August or shift travel date to maybe November? Advice please

Wow, thanks for this sir, really helpful!

Hi. Let me answer from my little knowledge.
1st hubby has to open two separate block accounts. 1 for you and 1 for him.
It is advisable that both of you attend the interview together. He can call the Embassy and confirm the details.
This will save you time. So you don’t have to start waiting for appointment date and all.

Ahmed4002:

Yes. But your spouse would be required to provide statement of account in DE or work contract to at least shows there is an inflow to cater for you.
Or to open a block account for you.
Ohk, meaning he should've at least stayed close to a year over there

Hello house, thanks so much elders for the efforts u make to clarify issues for new comers...
My questions are-
#How early after hubby gets to Germany as a student can the family reunion visa processing commence? (Hubby is almost set for the winter semester).
#Can the amount he pays into the blocked account while processing his student visa be sufficient also for family reunion visa for I and 3 kids? If not, how much extra is recommended?
#What are the working conditions like for women over there, especially with the kids around?

Thanks so much for your prompt replies...

Someone answer me please

Pls house, is it possible for i and the kids to join my student spouse on a family reunion basis? And will the initial blocked account funds for the student visa be sufficient for the family reunion?

quote author=delivite post=76069024]For those waiting for testimony, your own will surely come. Mine is already here.

I started my research in part 5, applied for admission in part 5, funded my BA and got my AM all in part 5 of this thread. In a few days from now, I will be leaving for Germany.

The journey has not been easy. I remember when I was racking my head looking for schools that would offer me admission because my CGPA is really low(2.46 Nigerian scale, 2.9 German scale). I asked lots of questions and did lots of research. Someone even asked me to pay #250k to get me admission instead of telling me the schools to apply to. Thank God for guys like ObinnaAlex and others who selflessly directed me.

When I hear people who got 3.5+ CGPA come on here to ask questions like whether you can get admission, I just laugh. If I had that GPA eh...chaii...Do your due diligence, do your research.

Most people never believed I would get admission for MSc program in Germany. Even I did not believe it, but like play like play, I got 2 admission offers. One in Anhalt University and one in Berlin.

If you are applying for winter admission session, it’s very important that you do your research. Many people don't read. Nobody will hold your hand if you are not willing to put in the effort; everybody is busy with their own life and process. I said I started my journey in part 5 of this thread but I started reading everything from part 3. Yes, I read part 3, part 4 and was finally up to date in part 5.

It does not make much sense to repeat mistakes that other people have made and documented all because you can’t be bothered to read. Yes, it’s important to ask questions, but read first. There is time. Read and read and read.

Get all your documents ready from day 1. Many people don't worry about letter of English proficiency until it's getting late. if you can afford IELTS, write it. If you can't, go to your school and get the letter before you start your application. Make sure your passport is ready, etc.

That is the much I can say for now. I hope I get to contribute more often in this thread so I can help others too; I was not very active in part 5. I admire the amazing job that people like Eldee, heybaby12, dailydollar, etc are doing here to raise others.

For those of you in DE, I hope to see you soon.

Let us all succeed.

Please if you have any questions for me, ask them here. I don't always get to my PM on time.
Thanks for this delivite, and congratulations to you!
Please house, hope it's not too late to start seeking for msc admission, winter semester? I greet you all!
