HealthMessage From Usa State Department Concerning Ebola by omona10(op): 5:56pm On Jul 29, 2014
INFORMATION: US STATE DEPARTMENT EBOLA ALERTIn order to help our Embassy Community better understand some key points about Ebola virus we consulted with our medical specialists at the U S State Department & assembled this list below, worded in plain language for easy understanding. • The suspected reservoirs for Ebola are fruit bats. • Transmission to humans is thought to originate from infected bats or primates that have become infected by bats. Undercooked infected bat and primate (bush) meat transmits the virus to humans. • Human to human transmission is only achieved by physical contact with a person who is acutely and gravely ill from Ebola virus or their body fluids. • Transmission among humans is almost exclusively among caregiver family members or health care workers tending to the very ill. • The virus is easily killed by contact with soap, bleach, sunlight, or drying. A washing machine will kill the virus in clothing saturated with infected body fluids. • A person can incubate the virus without symptoms for 2-21 days, the average being 5-8 days before becoming ill. THEY ARE NOT CONTAGIOUS until they are acutely ill. • Only when ill does the viral load express itself first in the blood and other bodily fluids (e.g vomit, feaces, urine, breast milk, semen and sweat). • If you are walking around you are not infectious to others. • There r documented cases from Kikwit, DRC of an Ebola outbreak in a village that had the custom of children never touching an ill adult.Children living for days in one room huts with parents who died from Ebola did not become infected. • You cant contract Ebola by handling money or swimming in a pool. •There's no medical reason to stop flights, close borders, restrict travel or close embassies, businesses or schools. • Always practice good hand washing techniques, you will not contract Ebola if you do not touch a dying person.US EMBASSY ....Pls share this information & try not to spread panic on social media.Stay Safe! SportsOnigbinde:maigari Is Architect Of His Downfall by omona10(op): 9:05pm On Jul 28, 2014
Former FIFA/CAF Technical Instructor,
Chief Adegboye Onigbinde has driven a
long nail on the head of sacked NFF
President, Alhaji Aminu Maigari alleging
the impeached Glass House boss was
indeed the architect of his down fall.
Maigari became the fourth NFF President
to be impeached after Kojo Williams,
Alhaji Galadima Ibrahim and Alhaji Sani
Lulu Abdullahi, following Thursday’s
decision of eight out of the 13 executive
committee members in Abuja.
Onigbinde posited in a no-hold-barred
interview with Complete Sports over the
latest ‘Tsunami’ that hit Nigeria football
shortly after the Super Eagles 2-0 defeat
by Les Bleus of France in the second
round of the concluded World Cup in Brazil
that what matters is not the impeachment
(of Maigari per se) but what really
happens after the impeachment.
“The moment a leader chooses to lead
from behind, allowing his subordinates to
begin to dictate for him, then his end is
imminent”, Onigbinde declared.
“When they were in South Africa, in
January for the CHAN, I called Maigari on
his mobile phone and asked why the
Nigeria Premier League should be stopped
when only 23 players of the home based
Super Eagles made the CHAN team.
“Surprisingly he replied by saying it was
the duty of the (NFF) technical committee.
That indeed shows he was not in-charge.”
“The impeachment was done by the
Executive Board so let’s wait for its
ratification by the congress.
“But all that has beginning also have an
end also. What matters most is not his
impeachment but what really happens
after the impeachment.”
The one time Shooting Stars of Ibadan
General Manager added that when such
end comes to such a leader, as it really
happened to Maigari last Thursday, such
leader alone bears the effect.
“If in a committee of 13 members, eight
(cool say they are not aware of what you
are doing, then something is really wrong.
“Unfortunately, it’s going to affect him
more than anyone else, it’s going to knock
on his head alone.”
The Modakeke High Chief added: “When
they (Maigari’s NFF) came on board, sorry
to be personal, the technical committee
chairman called me to serve in one of
their committees. Later Maigari himself
called me and said same thing and I
accepted.
“But till now, no one has called me to say
I’m no longer in the committee.”

PoliticsRe: Aregbesola As A DESPOTIC RULER by omona10(op): 10:31pm On Jul 26, 2014
He
spent about N1 billion on hotels’ bills on
their Lagos guests, and the APC replied by
saying, is there any limit to the amount of
money one can spend on hotel bills?
They spent N460 million on chartering of
aircraft between Lagos and Ibadan alone;
they admitted that they awarded contract
to Samiya, an unknown name.
PoliticsAregbesola As A DESPOTIC RULER by omona10(op): 10:10pm On Jul 26, 2014
A despotic ruler is the one who governs
with an iron fist, cares little about the
welfare of the people and imposes his will
upon them.
1. He imposes a new anthem on us
without our input.
2. He imposes a new flag on us without
our input.
3. He imposes a new state crest on us
without our input.
4. He imposes a new name, “State of
Osun” on us without our input.
5. He imposes a new logo on us without
our input.
6. He imposes a new acronym “Ipinle
Omoluabi” on us without our input.
7. He imposes new uniforms on all our
pupils without our input.
8. He imposes his opon-imo on our
schools without knowing our feelings.
9. He imposes his view on school merger
on us and ignores our cries.
10. He wants to impose a new Chief
Judge on us but our judges vehemently
kicked.
11. He imposes huge debt burden on us
and says we should keep quiet.
12. He imposes himself as the
Commissioner for Works, saying no one
is intelligent among us.
13. He imposes his Deputy as the
Commissioner for Education, saying we
know nothing.
14. He imposes public holidays such as
Isese Day on us and still derides us.
15. He tells us Julius Berger will construct
our roads only to see RATCOM and
SAMMYA.
16. He destroys all our business centres
without thinking of our feelings.
17. He uses our money to hire a chopper
but says it was for security purposes.
18. He gives cutlasses and brooms to our
youths and says this is youth
empowerment.
19. He lies to us that he has completed
our Airport but nothing was on ground.
20. He gives away our lands to Lagos
state and tells us to keep mum.
21. He imposes new LCDA on us and tells
us to kill ourselves if we don’t like it.
22. He refuses to pay workers salaries on
time and tells them to get to hell if they
wish.
23. He fails to pay gratuities and pensions
of retirees saying they are closer to their
graves.
24. He pulls down Fakunle
Comprehensive High School even when
we kicked against it.
25. He refuses to conduct LG elections
throughout his tenure and says we are
ignorant.
26. He tars a kilometer of road for N1
billion and asks us to praise him.
27. He appoints over 200 aides from
Lagos and says Osun people are
ignoramus.
28. He litters our roads and streets with
bill-boards and posters, saying we must
worship them.
29. He creates religion dichotomy and
tells us to commit murder if we so desire.
30. He makes our traditional rulers
nonentities and makes them kiss their
stools.
31. He talks to us like little children and
still wants us to give him second term in
office.
Do you think we should continue under a
Tyrannical Ruler like this? Let your VOTES
count on August 9, 2014 election. Please
forward this to all your contacts for them
to see why Aregbe must be voted out on
August 9 this year.
