I did interview with a consulting firm of Konga (HYT) as an inventory officer lyk a month ago....
After dat intaview I saw a direct vacancies on net 4d same position bt directly by konga wich is eventually gonna b a direct staff, den I applied and fortunately got invited 4interview last week and I was ask 2com again 4anoda intaview on monde 5th...
But today I rceive a call frm d consulting firm of konga to come 4appointment leta on monde 5th and wich am to resume d work officially on Tuesday(contract staff)...
My nairalanders plz am kind of confuse, I dnt kno wat 2do wether to take d contract staff appointment leta wich d pay is 40k as I ws told or 2wait 4d result of direct staff recruitment of konga wich dia pay is btw 60 to 70k if I am fortunate 2b employed as I ws told durin d interview..
Or to xplain the scenario 2d interviewers @konga if I go on monde
Or nt 2talk abt it atall during d interview or I shu nt bother goin and conclude my decison on d contract staff appointmment?

I remember after service I sent my cv to an investment bank. Dey invited me for interview 'account executive'. Nt knowing it was marketing o. Tot it was accounting work. They told me 30m treasury bills nd bonds target montly hahaha. Commission basis. I just Waka comot

It might or might not, all depends on the interviewer. To be on a safe side, go through your cv and be prepared for any question that will come from it. If no question comes from there, then that's fine.

will d final interviewer also have a copy of cv? Or is it possible to present a more standard cv at interview?

Sincerely, one can't really tell. I think it depends on the interviewer, though I know there are some questions that are frequently asked. During my final interview I was asked questions from my essay and something's that I wasn't even expecting. But expect questions like, what is your greatest non-academic achievement, what is the latest development in the Banking Industry, What is the most current National and international news, Why GTB? Everything is all about God and also work on your confidence. Very soon you will also be waiting for TS invite. It is well.

Just saw this now, Lawatog has done Justice to the question.You will get a mail from them, either on the positive or negative side. But will only be invited for the final interview if the mail is a positive one. As for you, u need not fear as ur mail will be positive cos it is done already. Let me say congrats in advance Dear.

How does one answer the question: why change of carrer path if ur course is not directly in line with banking?

It will be easy for u to work in civil service in teaching. Be alert to job opportunities in that sector.

Knw abt gtb, orange rule, if ur discipline is nt related be ready 2 tell dem y d change of career path, Knw d names of doz in mgt lyk ceo etc. Den oda basic interview questns, abv all pray 2 God 4 his sufficient Grace. Besides I was told to come with a valid I'd but my driving license expired march 10 and my voter's card is 2011 version. I could not get the permanent voters card because I registered in sokoto where I served. What can I do in this situation?

I've just been invited for panel interview. I represent march10 documentation. It has reallly been a long wait. Any advice on how to conduct oneself and likely interview questions from the house will be deeply appreciated
