Allah has been so wonderfully to me and my baby.
by this time yesterday, I was down, couldn't sleep cos of what I was told at the hospital due to my little bump that faill to show at 25th week.
Very earli today, I went to d lab for scan and to God be the glory the result came out well wth my baby perfectly placed in my womb.
Thanks to d great mothers here for being there for me, especially my wonderful cappo @ Pathking

My dear Teamy,
Is it your first? Relax, always the case.
My first measured really small, but it was due to low amniotic fluid. Had a healthy Baby.
Please increase your Water intake, that was my medicine, forget the weather, take enough water.
My prayers are with you, your scan will be perfect.
My last ANC I measured 3 weeks ahead, I searched the internet and took solace.

been crying,
went for anc today, d nurses said they mearsured 18cm at 24w6d which is nt suppose to b so( though I can't interpret it) . shows d result of d scan I did in Nov. to d gyn but she request for another urgently but I couldn't do it cos I don't have enough on me, have t come home for money.

so, am going for d scan tomorrow and hospital too.but my mind tells me baby is not well, I pray she's well sha.

Out of anxiety n fear of no bump yet. I went for another uss n I showed baby as 13wks as against 15wks from d last scan. The baby is fine according to d sonogram her.

Is this normal?

I'm so sorry if this post annoys anyone here! I actually did this out of love and empathy for a fellow mama, despite what have been through this past days. I remember being in so much pains after my evacuation on the first day I solicited for help on behalf of kelizosuy, I did out of love as a mom!

I want us to know that have not seen kelizosuy in person before and we are not in the same state! I only know her herw on nairaland but I take her as a sister!

I heard that some mamas feel I and kelizosuy are in this together, as in I know her personally! No, I don't!

Na as my mind be na so I take do something!


I'm still in the opinion that kelizosuy should contact her parents! I even went ahead to asked her yesterday night after I posted on her behalf if she has contacted her mother, which she says not yet!


I did this out of love for humanity and motherhood!

she has also been a strong woman for her to have gone dis far with no family.

but truth be told, we are for each other as no one can love on its own. friend will b friend and family 'll be family. we are friends here and can never do as her family can do. so, she need them and they as well need her.

My religion (Islam) teaches to be strenghteing d family bond and relatioshio.

please, my sister, if u v bin my blood siste I swear with my lord this is what I'll advice.

Please read with an open mind, you are definitely a strong hardworking woman to have come this far by yourself.

You might want to consider what I'm going to say because I've been through it, It's not my imagination. I come from a very strict family where you can't wear earrings or even relax your hair, I've shared my pregnancy journey here before.

It was a scary thing when I found out I was pregnant. I actually ran away from home, coincidentally, I was serving so I stayed there. My brothers and sister told my parents and they both cried for weeks. The first time my parents saw me, I was 7 months gone. I was skinny because Ms dealt with me and I had no help, I was going to die. My boyfriend was there but we couldn't see because he was going through the death of his brother and he did not tell his family. I also didn't want to contact them like you because it wasn't my place to do so. I was seriously contemplating suicide.

I came home and the reception was not what I expected, I thought my parents would kill me but my mom had pity on me seeing how skinny and pale I was and immediately started doing ugu, malt and milk therapy for me to have blood. My father was still furious but immediately I had my baby, everything changed. They were happy and helpful. I had a very stress free VD but I cried and cried because it was too stressful. My parents and siblings took turns to carry my baby even at night but it was still stressful.

When my boyfriend's family found out, my baby was 4 months old. His mother cried and asked me why I didn't come to her, that she is a woman and knows what it is to be pregnant and have children even though she had 10 of them. My husband's siblings too were furious that I went through it all alone, they asked me why I didn't reach out to anyone. Please don't be like me. I worried about so many things that I didn't have any business worrying about.

I'm begging you to go home, talk to your baby daddy. I even told my mom that I just understood why some people throw away babies after going through the stress of pregnancy (no justification for this no matter what). It is very stressful, you'll cry, you'll want to run away. Just like you love Adele, your parents love you like that and they'll love her even more. If my parents took me in, yours will. Please get help from everyone that is closely related to this child.

She might not understand your reasons for keeping her away from so much love when she grows up. She'll hate you for it because you never tried. It's better to try and be rejected than to not try.

truth is bitter though, as dey say. I think this is d ryt tin to do ma. when d baby becomes older, after u alone have really work hard to bring her up, she'll defininetly ask for her dad and no matter she 'll forgive him.


but if dem say u shouldn't, d decision lies in u as d ball is in ur court. but it's better to give sincere advice than decievong ourselves
