How can u lock ur card?

What is the difference between debit card and credit card?
I said this based on my personal experience. I don’t know if Nigerian banks have this feature (locking and unlocking) on their apps or internet banking.
A debit card is what is issued in most Nigeria banks popularly referred to as ATM cards. A credit card is issued when you are qualified and it is used for shopping in store, online and generally for purchases.

If you want to safeguard your funds just make sure you never use a card linked to your main bank account to make payments in supermarkets and POS.

The best strategy is to have a dedicated card for making payments and never leave more than 40K in it at any given time!

You can always lock your debit card after every transactions. As for credit card, if transactions isn’t authorized by you, call your bank, they won’t charge you.

The narratives changed immediately they were unable to rescue them all. What kind of country is this? Should this have happened in the first place? The psych of the children have been distorted forever. 137 children kidnapped at once, How does this sound to the rulers?

I’m waiting for when he’ll also copy PO’s template and buy SUVs for traditional and religious leaders who are closer to their communities to get their active participation in eliminating insecurity from the roots where everyone knows everyone

Pls don’t forget to mention INNOSON SUV and not a foreign one.

I wonder what level of nonsense that's been quoted up there. People just hike pricing to create a fake new normal. Those prices aren't gospel and if he insists on those bloated pricing, the car go tey for him car stand. Smh

If I don’t understand what is happening I would have said same. I shipped a car that was supposed to have arrived in July 2023 but due to some logistical difficulties, it’s still sitting in one of the ports out there. The cost of custom clearance as at then was #2.8m, same car today will be cleared for #7m. Do the maths and see how much it would cost if I’m to sell it today here.

You're right. Most of our cars here are wrecked and damaged cars from abroad. I once showed someone a VIN check report on their car and they were surprised at the pictures they saw of the car in the US. It was almost a total write off of a car but it was panel beated and polished as if it was a new car in Nigeria

One thing most car dealers won’t want you to see is the VIN in Nigeria. Most of the cars they bring in are wrecked cars. Cars that are not damaged are expensive in the USA. They bring these cars and sell as tell you it’s the first body or whatever they car it. Also, most Nigerian buyers are not patient enough to see/check or do a little investigation with a free VIN check that can be found online. They are easily swayed by the neatness of the car at car stand.

Its the same everywhere in the developed world!!

I guess that tells you we ain't developed!!

In US, at a stop sign everybody stops and you go as you arrived there.

It’s a no to your last paragraph. Understand the difference between a stop sign and stop all way. There is a huge difference between the two.

This is a norm in a civilized clime. It’s the Law, you must yield to police, ambulance and fire trucks when on emergency. Not in my dear country wher every tom and manliness blaze on siren.

why didn't guinea beat us mercilessly? Or u don't know the number of chances we missed in that game? You guys think football is mathematics

Football is all about taking and making the best use of all chances as you mentioned. If Guinea had converted their chances very well today, they could have won as well. About Equatorial Guinea I mentioned, they keep improving on each game.
The super as well can do better.

Their win is not convincing, they need to do more.
The Ivorians they defeated with a single goal(penalty) were mercilessly beaten by the Equatorial Guinea. The knock out stage will define their progress.
I wish them the very best as they progress through to the next phase.
