The same permutations you people dished out prior to 2023 election. Then you heard north have used and dumped Tinubu, Tinubu will not get the ticket. After he gets it. The tone changed to Tinubu will not win the election. He won, then they said he will not be sworn in. Because he didn't got 25% votes in FCT. He was sworn in. Then they say all eyes on judiciary. Latter, they beg Military to come and overthrow his government. All failed.

No body expect reasonable comments from those from other side. Nothing will happen if ADC failed to fill candidates for the next general election. And if they win and not declare based on court order nothing will happen. It happened to APC in Zamfara, Rivers and Bayelsa. It also happened to PDP in Plateau heaven didn't fall.
When court decision favour opposition, it is the for democracy. When it favour the ruling party, democracy is in danger. Even the Media will help them simplify it. |

Ofunaofu: So why is the APC, the party you support, a party that claims to have a digital membership register, afraid of mandatory electronic transmission of election results?
Make it make sense for every Nairalander reading this! Please elections are transmitted electronically in Nigeria. The recent electoral law signed by the president accommodate electronic transmission of results. What the law did not support is real time electronically transmition of results without any alternatives in case there is glitches. The results of FCT councils election of last Saturday was transmitted electronically and I checked some of them. Please be guided. |
Politics › Re: Political Parties Risk Disqualification From 2027 Poll Over Digital Membership by Omookunnimi(m): 5:15pm On Feb 28 |
Ofunaofu: Which is more ironical: an opposition party struggling with internal digital membership, or the ruling party, the APC, proudly flaunting a so-called digital membership register while vehemently rejecting mandatory electronic transmission of election results?
If digital systems are reliable enough for counting party members, why do they suddenly become dangerous when it’s time to transmit votes?
The real question is simple: why trust digital data for party politics but not for the people’s mandate They have backup in case there is problems. Moreover, party members are not up to total voters of Nigerian across parties. |
