Like Anambra 95% of industrial activities there are owned by Anambra folks making the money stay in the state

But in Ogun there is what is called capital flight! Investors pay indigenous folks peanuts ,declare anything as profit then oay paltry tax and repatriate the rest money back to home


So once again how many Ogun people owns industry in Ogun state or are they just workers ?

APC's case say there is a structure but the structure wasn't the making of all in PDP who were supposed to vote. Make una know the content of the case before una dey talk. Ain't you worried that all the states had different panels for various cases but Plateau had one appeal panel doing all appeal hearing.

PDP had a fallout with a member who went to court, the court issued a judgement against PDP to the effect that PDP should hold a new congress. PDP held a new congress and the aggrieved member contested and lost & everyone moved on.

APC had high hopes of winning Plateau but lost after spending hugely. After the loss APC began to brag of how their connect will be used to grab power & now tried to resurrect a dead case that has been settled at the Federal High Court and Appeal Court. Can APC assume the right of a PDP member and institute a case against PDP? Can a case which is considered as preelection start at the tribunal?
Every politician on the Plateau know PDP has a valid exco moreover the supreme Court has settled it that it is the NWC that nominate & sponsor a candidate. Qualification is about the candidate.

Is it not the same Court of Appeal that said nomination of candidates is a pre-election matter and a prerogative of the parties?


The most important issue in an election is: who scored the highest number of votes??

Someone whom the people have voted for and who scored the highest number of votes should not be disdqualified based on some flimsy reason as party membership because it's a given that the party would not have sponsored him if he wasnt their member. To disqualify the person who scored the highest number of votes automatically leads to grave injustice because someone whom the people didnt vote for and who didnt win would then be declared the winner
