Hello all.

I am doing a survey to know whether most Landlords are having a hard time dealing with their tenants. I read an article which mentions that the Law of Lagos State favours tenants more than landlords. Is this true?

For example, when there is a rent increase, the tenant may disagree. Landlord may then attempt to chase the tenant out but the tenant tends to have upper hand,

Or for example, the tenant may simply decide not to pay anything and the Landlord can only take the case to court with no victory.

The Olumegbons are truly looking for trouble. The olumegbons have the backing of the Nigerian Police, some Judges in the court of Law at Igbosere and they also have the backing of the oba of Lagos. What the olumegbons dont know is that the indigenes of Ajah may not know people with higher posts in the Government, but they have a GOD who would surely fight for them.
