You have spoken well bro... But all this someone feeling extorted from shipping fee would have been put to bed if continually update us with the current exchange rate like i suggested in 1 of my post here!. We know naira fluctuation is not his fault neither ours but it becomes a problem when you've estimated only for your goods to come at higher fee. I would suggest he includes it to his thread(not like any other cargo company does it, but it can be a boost for transparency) to keep clients abreast with what is left to balance.... Have had a fair share of some things mentioned here but Mayorall is okay compare to some out there, sometimes you just need to be patient to understand.

Item arrived over the weekend.

Custom has backlog

Goods that arrived last Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday still with them. It takes 48 working hours to clear off goods currently. They resumed from Holiday yesterday which made it 48 working hours to clear last Wednesday and Thursday backlog. Goods that arrived their warehouse on Friday will be next starting from next 24hours. Thanks.

So By Gods grace we can do pick up later today...

The summary of The whole thing is that i did not trust this guy since dstv was not runing any promo (there is rather increment) I wanted to confirm after he said he did it but couldn't because I was having one of those crazy busy days he knew because I wasn't available on wutsapp until late in the night. He was impatient because he wanted to play a fast one and I got angry we traded insults. Sorry if you are disappointed i dont respond further it just does not make sense to me.

That's the issue. I didn't do anything. I only made payment to gearbest for items bought. They are even asking me to submit delivery details as if I'm the merchant who sold the items

All payments on that account have been to gearbest. No other transaction.

Look for someone with a very gud Twitter handle(even dose big social platform they also do ads) wif big follower base(100k + and above followers) and beg the person to search for paypal handle and twitt them. Those big companies dont like public negative feedback, soo the would try to solve ur ish amicably by giving you listening ears. Frm there u will be able to talk to dem 1 on 1 and explain, dey also would tell you wateva happen. Note:they mirt not release d acct immediately but atleast u wud no wat went wrong n if there is a solution.
