contacted a close ally in the admission office and was told they are expecting 100 students at minimum for them to transfer the names to jamb as at Wednesday... told to pay 5800..

even those that registered are not helping matters.... those that are yet to regularise always ask what the nature of registration is but no one cared to respond.... we just want to know if there other options other than using a valid number....someone posted here that there is an option of ''' unregularized""" in the registration portal.... but have not gotten any response.....

I went there (headquarters)last week, I was told that they have stopped the individual regularization they started in January and that I should visit my school for my own regularization ... I wanted creating a scene there maybe I can get some attention but they quickly retorted and said sternly that I should go to my school for that and that is the thing they have to say...
a friend o mine went there yesterday an told me that, they have boldly written an inscription on their central gate that regularization issue will not be attended to... that students should KINDLY visit their respective schools..

abeg oooo ... those that have registered should please comment oooo..... or I might just be forced to opt for other diploma.... this regularisation stuff is really getting frustrating....

I was scaling through comments and I saw some one mentioned ''' un -regularised ''' option in the registration portal.... pls I would love to know If truely it is real and maybe it can serve as an alternative for those that have not gotten a new regularised number.... pls anyone that registered should pls reply.... so tired of this regularization wahala....

Even though if they allowed any jamb registrations number differ from admitted one, is a must to add one belong to you,

Secondly the sales of form will be start from April, and let us wait to still then, coz jamb always comes with different policy or template every year,

And before then let us start to be disturbing them with our mail, calls, sms, even if they av it in mind they may move the embargo and been solve later in any school we got Admitted.

Due to prayer, protest through email, calls.. They may change dere minds and policy.

but if someone got admitted without jamb registration number, and aving recently jamb slip, could such person use the jamb number on the slip whr it is require during direct entry form filling

this same thing someone did last year and it work out for him, presently at Funaab... I still don't know if that will still work for u ooo. but Better to be the safer side

pls people should not be misinformed here... I was at jamb head office at bwari abuja... I made enquiries and i was told the thing they cancelled two weeks ago was personal regularisation that they do for people on a personal level which they started january .. that I should contact my school for the regularisation... it is still there ooo.

secondly they said they only opened the portal but have not started selling any form and that it will be out by mid April.....

I dont know y the reports are contrasting... pls where and who told u this...so as to get my facts right... no time at all.... pls would want to know so I would just dash to school on tuesday

ok thanks a bunch... Now i get... But i think I've got my biodata with jamb cause i got my admission notification on jamb website before my name was released in the school back then. Does it mean I've got no ish with regularization?

OK... wat you just need to do is just visit JAMB's website now and log in with the jamb number , if your name and the course you studied in ur former is displayed as a pop up..... then u have no problem .. u can just use that to register ... but otherwise, u seriously need to get regularised .

it is majorly for those that did part time during ND and HND days...Also it is for those that do not have their names and course of study in JAMB's database...it is just a way of curbing irregularities during d.e registration such as forgery of result ... just chill it is done by the school u finished from.. u just pay certain amount of money and u get regularised in a week or two... without this number u will not be able to register if u don't have a valid jamb number......

na wa ooo... guy u would not want to compare a yabatech year 2 and a unilag yr 3... while still in yabatech, unilag students do come on a regular basis for tutorial organized by their juniors..... its just the difference in social life and the discrimination between the two

part time will not be written on ur notification or cert. I also did part time but it didn't hinder me.

Regularisation is very important, u need to pay for it very early so that u'll get the jamb reg number. some registered without regularisation but I'm yet to see any of them admitted.

a. DE admission is 100% competitive because of the limited space involved which is a result of the low admission capacity of the skul...
if u wud ask me,
EVERY DE ASPIRANT CHANCE IS SLIM!!!.....

b. choosing a competitive course or less always have impact...
the more pipu who applied for your aspired course; the more your chance becomes slim and vice versa....

I just wanna make certain enquiries about D.E admission into Funaab. i finished from
Yabatech,
science laboratory technology
upper credit
aspiring course - environmental management and toxicology.

I have made certain contact in the school and certain in the school and certain percentage of assurance has been stated. I have also gone through this thread and I know I can get better suggestions and information from well meaning students of the institution.

I just want to ask...........
a. my chances of admission into the school
b. does choosing competitive course or less sort after course have any impacts in the admission process. thanks in anticipation.

i would also like to advocate a platform where admission seekers into various institutions forms a colony a group so as to be updated with latest and trending information concerning our admiss desires and can be of great help and boost to our energetic struggle......

i just wish all of us aspiring admission into funaab can just form a kind of group either on Facebook, whatsapp, nairaland forum or any preferable platform...... its just a suggestion......
