If your phone has a warrantee it is free, but if it doesn't there is a charge but I am not certain of the cost, though from my own personal experience, Carl care is unprofessional , I gave them a phone for software downgrade they unscrewed my phone and couldn't even complete the screws when they were coupling.

Software problem isn't what they should be unscrewing my phone for, it isn't not an hardware issue.

They are not the best to fix your phone, just try some other
