I designed a simple website using dreamweaver, just as i thought i was done, i became inundated with responsive site design that is friendly with both mobile and desktop.
If my site can only be viewed on desktop/ that means loss of mobile viewers.

Use a css frame work like bootstrap to make your website responsive
