#Part 2......
**fast forward to Thursday Evening***
..Greeen greeen...( no mind the caller tone)
He reluctantly stood up to pick up the phone, but when he saw who the caller was he had an adrenaline rush as the caller was hadiza.
"Hello" he muttered
"David my love" she replied "how are you doing, hope you're all good",
"I'm all good, he replied back " how about you hope you're all good" he asked.
"Yes i am, hope you haven't forgotten about our little meeting on Friday" she chuckled.
He thought to himself I'll be a fool to 4get about that day. He couldn't wait to see her again, after 2 years of being apart due to her going for her masters degree in the UK.
" No I haven't forgotten about that" he said. "Alright that's great" she said " see you tomorrow love" and the call went dead.
He immediately, stood up and starts cleaning up the whole house in preparation for her coming, he didn't leave any stone unturned, as he the whole house was sparkling clean and he was proud of the job well done he did.

** The next day**
David anxiously paced around the living room Hoping and patiently waiting for the arrival of Hadiza whom he hasn't communicated orset eyes on for the past 2years. Still lost in his thoughts, the door bell rang and he swiftly paced to the door and opened it immediately, but to his disappointment he only met the face of his neighbour asking him for Maggie as he ran out of them. He then went to the kitchen to get some for him and went back inside a little disappointed.

Just a few minutes later the door bell rang.........

#Part 1
It was 10am in the morning and the sky looking all beautiful and shiny like a new born baby. Staring at the beauty of nature was David lost in his own thoughts, wondering how he lost the love of his life due to certain circumstances that in his thoughts he could have taken control of. As he keeps reminiscing about the past,how perfect his previous relationship was before things fell apart , a call came through from an unknown number. He immediately picked up and answered
" Hello who's this" he politely asked.
Caller "David, David, it's been a while you know".
David " who I'm i talking too please".
Caller " ahh i guess it took a little time for you to forget all about me"
Still confused about the identity of the caller he asked " who are you pls, u don't have the luxury of playing your game"
Caller " it's me Hadiza, the love of your life"
** Chuckles** or was the love of your life" she said over the other end of the line.
Stunned by this revelation, he had so many thoughts running through his mind, how did she get his number, is she back already, he thought he lost her already.
Lost for words, he managed to ask " please, it's too early to start playing tricks on me'
Hadiza " seriously it's me David. Okay here's a catch, you remembered on Christmas Eve when we both went out on our little secret date even tho i was supposed to travel to Abuja but u had it cancelled"
Upon hearing this revelation he was filled with rushing emotions, mixed that he couldn't fathom what he was really feeling at that moment.
He had tons of questions he really wanted to ask her. Hadiza sensing what was going on said.
" I know you have a lot of questions to ask me, but don't worry I'll be at your place next week Friday and we'll talk about everything".
All he could muster was "okay" and she replied with take care talk to you later love and the call went dead.
David was now deeply lost in thoughts as there was already a million questions he had in mind but he decided to let them be pending on when the both meet.
