STOP accusing people wrongly or sending them to prison because the catalytic converter a.k.a catalyst or indomie of your car is missing, except if you bring down the exhaust system of your car and you physically inspect and see that the catalytic converter is present in it before handing over your car anyone. The reasons are; 1. Scanning machines cannot easily or quickly detect the absence of catalytic converters if the oxygen sensors of the car are working well. In this case, the check engine warning light will only come up after a long drive which could even be after several days of driving; note that the check engine warning light will always go off when the fault courtesy absence of catalytic converters is cleared with a scanning machine or when the terminals of the car's battery are removed. 2. There is this Nigerian-used Toyota Venza 2013 with 4 plug engine was sent to us for N12,000,000. Upon running its VIN, we saw that it had a bad accident abroad in 2018 and it was sent to Nigeria in the same 2018. Why will one even pay 12M for such a car that has been used in Nigeria for like 6 years and had a bad accident from abroad? Such a car was like 6M as foreign used in 2018; if one still wants to pay for such a car now, a maximum of 9M is still okay for it. 2 Likes |

"The offense of using faded plate numbers on your car is called number plate violation( NPV), and the fine is 3,000 naira. However, if you alter the number plate by repainting it or taking it to a painter, it becomes a forged document(OFD), which carries a much higher fine of 20,000 naira.
