On the website, you have 4 different ways to pay. The first one is the cheapest (from Nigeria thru the nigerian banks) called form A. Go your bank and that will sorted.
Over phone and card payment are very similar (pay using using your dollarcard)

Option 1 is most preferred and Option 2 &3 more expensive and when you have less time to pay
