I tink banks cant delay our payments because d money is meant to b used to pay us n not to b used by d banks. (2) de cant delay d money because we are not operating a fixed deposit acct were de can say it has bin deposited in our accounts. Rember even u as an individual cant sit n watch wen u give a child money n dat money doesnt get to d end user. I stil repeat mysef, doz bankx dat paid, only paid dia customers wif dia money n not state. Rmber den dia was an agreement btw d government n d civil service union to pay b4 dec. 24th. So i tink d govt approached d banks n doz dat hard enof money wia able to pay dia customers.
