Adichie is intelligent, but there is no comparison at all. Achebe is the grand master. Those talking about contemporary writing probably never read no longer at ease. I don't even see Adichie Is not a creative writer..

I met a perfectly wonderful man the other day who unconsciously irradiated my hustle with encouragement. I was resting on the window of an isolated uncompleted building behind the Jahi district of Abuja after I had trekked for hours to meet up with the unrealistic requests of my indecisive clients(as to waste my time been de hungry me). I was soliloquizing as a result of the heated debate within me without noticing the person standing before me. He decided to make known his presence after questioning my sanity for a while. I pretended as I was singing(as I always do when am caught talking to myself) but he refused to be deceived. "Good evening sir" I said and in response he murmured "Today, perhaps. Perhaps tomorrow; but without doubt - one day hard work will pay. Someday your struggle will be generally admired and celebrated". He already listened and deduced that even though I had trekked all through that week looking for the impossible, I wasn't at all discouraged. I started to say Amen to his Prayer when dismissively, he waved me aside and walk past. "Them these shit smell no de disturbed you" I heard from behind. I turned around and behold, the galaxy of plenty shit. Suddenly I became irritated with the then perceivable smell. He became my man of the year going to shit. His words were good as gold.

Sydney Sheldon is a better story teller while Dan Brown is a more brilliant writer. I'll Choose Sydney sheldon because his storyline is simple and comprehensible. Dan Brown's works are mere demonstration of his high IQ. He messes with your brain without worrying his head at all if his readers understand him or not. I've read all sheldon and my best remains if tomorrow comes. I've read all Dan Brown as well and my best is his The Davinci Code.
