Romance / 4 Drinks To Boost Your S*x Drive Naturally by onlyonechid84(m): 9:49pm On Nov 16, 2022
Ageing alters not just your stamina, but also your appetite. You may experience a dip in your libido, hampering the frequency and nature of your passionate moments with your partner.

If sexual health issues such as vaginal dryness, joint pains, low desire for sex and more are playing spoilsport for you, try winning your sex drive back.

Experts have emphasised on the need for a proper exercise regime and the consumption of a balanced diet to maintain overall health. Boosting sex drive and sexual stamina can also benefit from this. You can also try to include some libido-boosting drinks and foods to keep the spice alive in your sex life.

Here are 4 drinks to increase libido and sex drive naturally:

Green tea

Green tea is not just a wonder drink for weight loss, but can also rev up your sexual desire. It comprises rich compounds called catechins which promote blood flow to your nether regions. That helps to increase sex drive.

Red wine

Research has shown that wine can increase sexual arousal in both men and women. In fact, if you like it, consuming two glasses of red wine can boost the sex drive in women. In men, red wine can increase testosterone.

It is, however, important not to go overboard.

Banana shake

This combination goes beyond giving your body physical strength and can also increase your sex drive. According to experts, bananas have bromelain enzyme which increases libido and testosterone in men. Don't think twice before including this in your daily intake to treat low libido.

Coffee

Coffee, as we all know, is a mood enhancer. Packed with caffeine, coffee is said to be beneficial for sex drive in both men and women.

According to research, men who consumed coffee every day were at a lower risk of erectile dysfunction.

A South African club in the lower division of the county’s football system, Matiyasi FC, has been banned for life after scoring fifty-nine goals in one match.

Matiyasi FC, who were vying for promotion to the Provincial ABC Motsepe League, beat Nsami Mighty Birds 59-1, with forty-one of the goals scored as own-goals.

A player who was recorded to have been given a red card in the first half was also recorded to have scored a goal in the second half.

The incident occurred last week and the South African Football Association (SAFA) has swiftly reacted.

According to FarPost.co.za, SAFA’s regional office in Limpopo summoned both Matiyasi FC and Nsami Mighty Birds to a Disciplinary Committee hearing on 25 May 2022 in Giyani.

Both teams were charged and found guilty of corruption and contravening the association’s statutes.

In the verdict, the clubs have been permanently banned from all football activities while the officials implicated from both teams have also been given a five-year suspension within the region.
Also, in another match from the same league, Shivulani Dangerous Tigers beat Kototo Happy Boys 33-1 on the same date. Seven own goals were recorded.

The teams were also found guilty of contravening the SAFA rules and were handed a life-ban from all football activities.

Znation:
Hello Nairalanders,

What lesson has life taught you?

Is it what you've thought it is?

Is where you are today were you thought you would be by now?

" I remember growing up as a child, i thought life is just six years in primary school, six in secondary, the following year for jamb, next is to gain admission into the universty, spend another 4 or 5 years in the universty, look for job, get the money, build my house and buy the latest car in town, and then look for a wife.

But while growing up, i find out that life is not what i thought it is. Six years in secondary turned 8 years rather.

I know of my childhood friend who told me he would become a lawyer, but haven repeatedly written jamb for 5 times without a break through, he was force to start learning a mechanic work.

Sometimes, i ask myself; what is the purpose of living, why is living a life so difficult..

At this point in time, my lesson is that nothing good comes easy; and to be happy, you have to make others happy too.

Have a nice day

Sports / Which Is The Afcon Group Of Death Based On Fifa World Rankings? by onlyonechid84(m): 1:16pm On Jan 09, 2022
Which teams have the easiest route to the knockouts, and who has the toughest road to glory at the Nations Cup?

Group A

Cameroon’s group is one of the easier three pools, but the Indomitable Lions won’t have a straightforward road to the knockouts.

Burkina Faso, ranked 60th in the world, are among the weaker ‘second’ teams in each group, but it’s the presence of Cape Verde (73rd)—the strongest third-ranked team in any group—that might make things complicated.

Group B

Based on the Fifa world rankings, Senegal’s group is the ‘Group of Life’ at the Nations Cup.

While Senegal, ranked 20th in the world, are the top ranked team in the tournament, their nearest first round rivals—Guinea—are down in 81st place.

After them, the two ‘minnows’ in the group, Zimbabwe and Malawi, are outside the top 120 in the Fifa rankings, suggesting that they will struggle to contain Sadio Mane and co.

However, the Warriors and the Flames both have an opportunity to progress, if they can win their Cosafa derby.

Group C

Look away now Ghana fans, the Fifa world rankings suggest that the Black Stars have the toughest of all of the six Nations Cup groups.

The West Africans are genuine contenders themselves—ranked 52nd in the world—but must overcome Morocco, who are one of three Afcon teams inside the top 30 in the world rankings.

Behind them, Gabon in 89th are the second toughest ‘third’ team in the group—only Cape Verde in Group A are higher ranked—and poor Comoros, the third lowest ranked team in the tournament, will have their work cut out to take points in this pool.

Group D

Group D looks to be the most clear cut of the six groups in terms of the identity of the top two, with Nigeria (36) and Egypt (45) both a few notches above their nearest rivals.

Egypt are the top ranked ‘second’ team in any group—a tough challenge for Nigeria in their opener—while Guinea-Bissau and Sudan are outside the top 100 in the world.

Group E

As the only group of the six without any team outside the world’s top 115, Group E is arguably the pool where there is ‘no easy match’.

Certainly, Equatorial Guinea—ranked 114th—will be no pushovers, and proved their own mettle during a successful 2021 in which they pushed Tunisia close for World Cup progression.

Ahead of them, Sierra Leone (108th) troubled Nigeria and Benin last year, while Ivory Coast (56) and Algeria (29) are former winners who harbour realistic title ambitions.

Group F

On paper, Group F looks to be the Group of Life, with arguably no outstanding giant.

Tunisia showed their vulnerabilities against Equatorial Guinea in 2021, but, ranked 30th in the world, should fancy their chances of advancing.

Mali may just be outside the top 50 in the world, but they will represent stern opponents for the Carthage Eagles, and are capable of topping the group.

Mauritania are just outside the world’s top 100, and while The Gambia are 150th in the world—the lowest ranked team—they’ve proved themselves capable of a surprise or two.

Sports / Afcon 2021: NFF Explains Absence Of Leicester City Star Lookman by onlyonechid84(m): 5:07am On Dec 31, 2021
The 24-year-old's omission from Austin Eguavoen's squad has raised questions from Nigeria fans ahead of the trip to Cameroon next month

Nigeria Football Federation has stated Fifa is yet to complete the process of switching the international team allegiance of Leicester City's Ademola Lookman from England to Nigeria.

The Nigerian football body reacted to questions raised by fans after Lookman was not listed in the 28-man squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.

The Leicester City star previously played for his country of birth, England at the U19, U20 and U21 levels, and he has now declared his intention to play for his parent country, Nigeria at the senior international level

The Nigeria Football Federation has stated categorically that Ademola Lookman of Leicester City FC of England has not yet been cleared by World Football body, Fifa to represent Nigeria at International level. The process for his switch is ongoing,” read a statement from NFF.

“It is therefore incorrect for any medium to claim that interim Head Coach, Austin Eguavoen is the one who axed the player from Nigeria’s final list of 28 for the Africa Cup of Nations Cameroon 2021.

“However, his name was included in the initial provisional list with the belief that the process would have been completed before the commencement of Afcon.”

Lookman is currently on a season-long loan from Bundesliga club RB Leipzig and he has scored five goals in total for Leicester City across all competitions this season.

On Tuesday, he came off the bench to score the match-winning goal that helped Brendan Rodgers’ side beat Liverpool 1-0 in a Premier League fixture.

Sports / Ndidi Showed His Depth With Performance Vs Liverpool by onlyonechid84(m): 1:58pm On Dec 30, 2021
Despite giving away a penalty, the 25-year-old put in an impressive shift against the Merseysiders while playing in a rather unfamiliar position

It was quite a story on Tuesday night as Leicester City stunned Liverpool at the King Power Stadium, with Ademola Lookman stealing all the headlines for his winner in a 1-0 victory.

While the on-loan forward from RB Leipzig took the majority of the plaudits, another Nigerian held his own in the Foxes lineup.

Unable to build on his heroics against Manchester City, Kelechi Iheanacho had a quiet game against Liverpool but it was an eventful outing for Wilfred Ndidi.

With up to six defenders injured for Leicester, Brendan Rodgers was forced to field a makeshift backline, Ndidi and Ghanian centre-half Daniel Amartey at the heart of defence. While the Nigerian had featured in defence on several other occasions even in the current season, it was the first time he was paired alongside Amartey in a back four.

It seemed like Ndidi was in for a long day in defence after he was adjudged to have fouled Salah in the box, after only 15 minutes, giving away an early penalty.

On what would count as rarity, Salah missed from the spot after Kasper Schmeichel saved his effort and kept his side in the game.

That proved to be a lifeline for Ndidi, as well as other members of the Leicester defence, and they battled hard to keep a precious clean sheet that could well impact the title race a great deal.

Ndidi can be class all over the pitch

Over recent years, the Nigerian has made a name for himself in the holding midfield position, having been compared to some of the league’s best on several occasions.

Given his instinct for breaking up plays and making those rugged tackles when needed, it seems fitting that he can fit in as a make-shift defender but he deserves even more recognition after this week. Taking on a Liverpool side that have been rampant in front of goal and scoring in every single game for the past eight months, what were the chances of keeping their hungry forward line, headlined by Mohamed Salah, at bay?

It didn’t make it any better that Leiecster have struggled defensively this season and it is no surprise they have the worst defensive record in the top half. In fact, only four other sides in Norwich, Newcastle United, Leeds United and Watford have conceded more than the Foxes’ 33 goals so far in the Premier League campaign. Regardless, it was a different story this time around, and Ndidi played his part as well.

After giving away that penalty, Ndidi barely put in a wrong foot for the rest of the game and his partner in Amartey was equally a colossus all through.

Daniel Amartey’s game by numbers vs. Liverpool:

53 touches
9 clearances
5 interceptions
4 interceptions inside the box
4 blocks
4 accurate long balls
2 tackles
2 duels won
0x dribbled past

Sports / 'Everything Against Chelsea!' - Tuchel by onlyonechid84(m): 6:50am On Dec 30, 2021
The manager is fed up with how things have gone for the Blues during a difficult month of December

A frustrated Thomas Tuchel fumed that everything is going against Chelsea after a late Danny Welbeck equaliser condemned his side to a damaging 1-1 draw with Brighton on Wednesday.

The Blues boss was infuriated with the lack of VAR intervention when Christian Pulisic appealed for a penalty in the second half, calling the incident "a joke".

Tuchel also lamented injuries to defenders Reece James and Andreas Christensen. who were forced off in a further blow to Chelsea's spirits.

What has been said?

Tuchel told Amazon: "We have a horrible decision from the referee for 2-0. It wasn’t even checked. Everything against us. We have two injuries again."

"The penalty is a joke, honestly a joke, not to interfere from VAR," Tuchel added to reporters.

"We simply have too many players coming back from long injuries and Covid. The injury of Reece James was a huge blow. Andreas was one of the top players on the pitch and at some point, it is too much against a Brighton team with nothing to lose.

Asked if Chelsea were still in the title race, Tuchel replied: "How should we be in it? We have seven Covid cases. We have five or six players out for six or more weeks. How should we compete in a title race?

"Everyone else who has a full squad, everybody in training has the full power to come through this league. We would be stupid to think we can do it [with] Covid and injuries.

"This is the reality, this is where we are and we have to adapt to the demands of the situation which you are in. This is what I am saying. We competed very hard for the win at Brighton at home. I don't know what I can expect from my players in terms of physicality, intensity or minutes. Nobody knows anymore because we have never done something like this."

Sports / Super Eagles New Coach Jose Peseiro Profile by onlyonechid84(m): 8:01pm On Dec 29, 2021
Playing career:

Born in Coruche, Santarém District, Peseiro never played in higher than the Segunda Liga as a professional, starting out at Sport Lisboa e Cartaxo in 1979. In that competition, he represented Amora FC, Clube Oriental de Lisboa, GD Samora Correia and S.C.U. Torreense, for a total of five seasons.

34-year-old Peseiro retired at the end of the 1993–94 season in the fourth division, with local club União de Santarém.
BeginningsEdit

Peseiro spent his first eight years as a manager in the third and fourth tiers of Portuguese football, starting out as a player-coach at his last team. In summer 1999 he was appointed at C.D. Nacional, which he helped promote to the Primeira Liga in just three seasons.In 2002–03, he led the team to a final 11th position.

In 2003–04, Peseiro assisted Carlos Queiroz at Real Madrid.[4] At the end of the campaign, after the team lost a considerable advantage on the table to be finally surpassed by Valencia CF, FC Barcelona and Deportivo de La Coruña, the pair was sacked, and the latter returned to his assistant position in Manchester United.

Sporting CP:

Peseiro signed with Sporting CP for 2004–05. After collecting three losses and two draws in his first nine games in charge, the side eventually finished in third place with 61 points, four behind champions S.L. Benfica; additionally, he coached the team to a runner-up run in the UEFA Cup after disposing of the likes of Feyenoord, Middlesbrough and Newcastle United. The final was played at the Estádio José Alvalade, and after a 1–0 lead at half-time the hosts eventually succumbed to PFC CSKA Moscow 3–1.

At the start of the 2005–06 season, the Lions were ousted from the UEFA Champions League by Udinese Calcio, and after being relegated to the UEFA Cup they were immediately knocked out by Halmstads BK 4–4 on aggregate after a 2–3 home loss. On 16 October 2005, following a 0–1 home defeat to Académica de Coimbra that saw Sporting sink to the seventh position, he resigned.

Eastern Europe, Saudi Arabia:

In the 2007 off-season, Peseiro was named manager of Panathinaikos FC. After failing to win the Super League Greece and also losing 0–4 to neighbouring Olympiacos F.C. in the domestic cup, he was forced to step down.

In June 2008, Peseiro signed a three-year contract with Romanian club FC Rapid București. On 2 October, after being eliminated from the UEFA Cup by VfL Wolfsburg, he was sacked only to be reinstated a few days later;[14] he eventually resigned on 12 January 2009, after failing to agree on a new deal.

Peseiro succeeded Nasser Al-Johar at the helm of the Saudi Arabian national team in 2009, during the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign. His first game occurred on 28 March, and it ended with a 2–1 away win over Iran which was the former's first ever victory in that country and the latter's first loss in nearly 40 home games; eventually, the nation failed to reach the finals in South Africa, and on 10 January 2011 he was relieved of his duties after losing the first game in the AFC Asian Cup against Syria.

Braga:

On 3 June 2012, Peseiro was appointed at S.C. Braga. His first major signing was Portuguese international Rúben Micael,[18] and he qualified the club to the group stage of the Champions League for the second time in its history, after ousting Udinese on penalties.

At the end of the campaign, in spite of winning the Taça da Liga and ranking fourth in the league, Braga and Peseiro reached an agreement to terminate the manager's contract.

Al-Wahda and Al-Ahly:

From 11 November 2013 to 11 January 2015, Peseiro worked with Al Wahda FC in the UAE Pro League. On 9 October of the latter year, Al Ahly SC announced his signing; upon hearing the news, fans of the latter protested against the decision based on his weak résumé.

Return to Portugal:

On 18 January 2016, after cutting ties with the Egyptian side, Peseiro replaced Julen Lopetegui at FC Porto. Even though the third position the team occupied at the time of the Spaniard's dismissal was still secured, he collected more losses than his predecessor, and also lost the final of the Taça de Portugal to former team Braga, on penalties.

On 6 June 2016, Peseiro signed a two-year deal with precisely Braga. On 14 December, following consecutive home defeats that resulted in elimination from the Europa League and the Portuguese Cup, respectively at the hands of FC Shakhtar Donetsk (2–4) and S.C. Covilhã (1–2), he was fired.

Peseiro returned to the UAE in January 2017 with Sharjah FC, and was sacked nine months later after a poor start to the new season. The following February, he went home to sign a contract at Vitória S.C. until June 2019, which he rescinded by mutual agreement a year early.

In July 2018, Peseiro returned to Sporting after 13 years away, assuming the reins at a club that had lost several key players following fan violence and whose previous manager Siniša Mihajlović lasted nine days in the job. On 1 November, following poor overall performances and a 1–2 home loss against G.D. Estoril Praia for the group stage of the Taça da Liga, he was relieved of his duties.

Venezuela:

Peseiro returned to national team duties on 4 February 2020, being appointed by Venezuela after the resignation of Rafael Dudamel. He made his debut on 9 October in a 3–0 loss away to Colombia in 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification; the opponents were led by compatriot Carlos Queiroz.

At the 2021 Copa América in Brazil, Venezuela were eliminated from the group stage with two draws and two defeats; Peseiro was praised by pundit Tim Vickery for achieving those results despite a spate of COVID-19 infections and virus-related travel restrictions that kept key forward Salomón Rondón in China. He resigned in August, having not been paid for over a year amidst the South American country's economic crisis.
