Besides I thought it was standard worldwide practice to have a female doctor's assistant in the exam room during any medical examination where the patient is a woman and vice versa for a man.

I've never had any exam with a make doc where the female assistant wasn't there holding my hands and asking me if I felt comfortable with what the doctor was doing.

Wise docs insist on this too to avoid being smeared maliciously by a mischievous patient that's out to make money from suing him/her.

It took me so much courage before I could come out here to share my problem.

It all started in 2012 when I met my ex in Lagos and we kicked it off in a relationship but little did I know that he was still keeping a girl he claimed to have left, along the line we started having issues about the same girl to the point of him beating me.

This guy in question was once married but lost his wife after childbirth and so with this my parents refused me marrying him because he was talking about marriage. So after like 10 months he was still treating me bad I decided to quit the relationship but he begged that he will never do it again. Months later he travelled abroad and I also got a job in another city and left.

We still kept in touch but I met another man in the new city and decided to give him a chance. Though this new guy has no child but his problem is that he gets angry too much and wants to control everything about me but he is very generous . He doesn't even care if I'm sick or not, unlike my former guy who is more caring and always want to pet me.

Now I'm at a cross road because the one here has gone to see my parents and has set a date for the wedding and preparations are on top gear while the one abroad has come back to marry me like he promised. I'm really not happy with the one here because of his attitude and i'm contemplating on running away with the one from abroad because he understands me better.

Please is love enough in marriage?? Help me as your sister

i know a woman who was far more feminist than you,she was part of the people who went for the bajing women conference. she gave her husband sleepless night,the husband was in trouble with everybody because of his wife and she didn't care.her friends were supporting her while they went home to do the opposite.to cut the long story short her husband finally died of heart attack,she inherited all he had and thought life was rosely. today she is almost finished any time i go to see her she council women that if she hard known,she would have done things differently and considered her husband feeling more than anybody.her friends laugh at her now they even tell her that she killed her husband with all her problems.
the message is in marriage it is you and your husband before anything else,if you do other wise you have yourself to blame. don't demand if you cant give.

This is the main reason why marriages of today are crashing because women are fooled into thinking that marriage means your husband is your slave,quickly remember that you bear his name because he chose to put his crown on your head out of the many he sew.if you are a christian i advice you go read how Esther became a queen

the wife as she told you chose a born again approach to marriage,and that is none disclosure about sexual preference,the husband agreed so she can be happy,now this are part of the disadvantage to such approach

As to your question,i would put it to you,if the wife claims she is not bound by any law to fulfill her husband desires,then she equally should know that her husband is not bound by any law to fulfill his and that includes sleeping with her alone because she has refuse to do her matrimonial duties and am quite sure that other women who as serious about marriage would quickly fill the gap.like i said what is good for the goose is good for the gander
