Politics / Re: South-west Farmers, Miyetti Allah Sign Peace Pact by onuman: 10:13am On Apr 21 |
Cattle is no longer bred through herdsmen moving cattle from one bush to the other. Cattle is now reared in enclosed farms. Can the SW farmers and authorities in Nigeria tell Myetti Allah this fact? Let Myetti Allah organise cooperatives, buy land wherever available, fence the lands, and rear their cattle in the enclosed lands. |

Atiku Abubakar started it. His nPDP group crossing over to APC in 2014 resulted in today's gnashing of the teeth by Nigeria's masses. Atiku's politics has always been only after power to his ethnic group. |

Politics / Re: Air Peace; The Hypocrisy Dragging Nigeria Back by onuman: 3:55pm On Apr 20 |
Please, can somebody tell this OP that cattle is no longer bred through herdsmen moving cattle from one bush to the other? Cattle is now reared in enclosed farms by cattle farmers. Buhari merely wanted to distribute his Fulani in settlements all over Nigeria using oil revenues in his RUGA thing. Obasanjo even asked Buhari: who will give you his land for RUGA? The Middle belt opposed RUGA and was ready to oppose it with every drop of blood in the people of the Middle belt. Bringing a private airline in Nigeria which merely asked government to intervene on foreign airlines' unfavorable competition, and Buhari's RUGA, on the same table, shows that the OP is anti progress for Nigeria. 1 Like |

Crime / Re: Bandit Kingpins, Kachallah, Madagwal, 12 Others Killed In Zamfara by onuman: 12:02pm On Apr 20 |
How many times will bandit kingpins be killed in the North of Nigeria? Everyone, including Nigeria armed forces personnel, knew that the bandits are offshoots of Boko Haram fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws, the same Sharia criminal laws adopted by the political and religious leaders in the now 12 sharia states of northern Nigeria. The difference between the Boko-Bandits and those who adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal laws, is like the difference between twelve and half a dozen. The armed forces are fighting an endless religious war, until the sharia states are granted their Islamic Republic of Arewa. |
Politics / Re: Court Order: It is Unconstitutional for EFCC to Arrest Yahaya Bello - Lawyer by onuman: 11:53am On Apr 20 |
Eriokanmi: APC and APPOINTMENT of State governors are like two sides of the same coin. The party is killing democracy in Nigeria. APC was voted out of office in 2019 but its INEC appointee, Mahmood Yakubu, used the roguish statement of "no existence of INEC Server" to dribble the judges. In 2023, APC was voted out but the same Mahmood Yakubu on seeing that APC was losing the election ordered for disruption of the system for electronic transmission/collation of vote results; went for the morribund and most untransparent manual transmission/collation of vote results, to declare APC candidate winner of the presidential election. |
Politics / Re: Port Harcourt Refinery To Begin Operation Before December 2024– Senate Committee by onuman: 11:44am On Apr 20 |
alsudan: In bold: the political lesson which Agbadorians of Tinubu boast about is how they formed alliance of APC to control proceeds from crude oil in the Niger delta region. It's no alliance to improve the lot of Nigerians. Instead, it has turned out to become an alliance for driving Nigerians into abject poverty, indebtedness and worse inseccurity in most parts of the country. Their principal, Muhammadu Buhari succeded in leaving an ugly legacy of a possible 24 years of unbroken Muslim presidency for Nigeria, in a country nearly equally divided between Muslims and Christians, a legacy of Muslim presidency handing over power to a Muslim president, the first time since 1999, and the legacy of Muslim-Muslim presidency for the first time since 1999. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: PDP Crisis: Only God Gives Power, Atiku Tells Supporters by onuman: 10:47am On Apr 20 |
Is God the reason why Atiku has to step into presidential race every four years in order to preclude any possibility for an Igbo to become president of Nigeria through PDP. When an elder who is supposed to retire from politics continues his hide and seek game in PDP, and the younger ones see him, he is supposed to bow out. |

naijamerican: Oh yes. If we have the Ottis in other SE states, it would have been jollyfication all over Igbo land. In neighbouring APC state, a whole state and its development process have been downsized to capital territory. Rest of the state is in shambles. Agbadorians love the shambles.

Politics / Re: FG, States, LGs Share ₦1.123 Trillion In March by onuman: 10:20pm On Apr 19 |
Many of the state governors no longer see that their states extend beyond the state capital. Such dubious governors indulge in knocking down infrastructures in their state capital to rebuild, or build unnecessary flyovers in the state capital; while other areas in their state degenerate to the stone age. Imo is nicknamed the Demolition headquarters of Nigeria. There is supposed to be an office in the Presidency to checkmate this evil phenomenon. When the military govt ruled, an office in Abuja checkmated the state governors or state administrators. 2 Likes |
