Dapromzy333:Tenure protection is like the role of the new DSS leadership. Protect Tinubu's tenure, not interested in protecting Nigerians. An equivalent organisation in America or Europe would be more interested in how to root out the religious terrorism and banditry ravaging Nigerians, than going after government critics. 7 Likes |

Politics / Re: DSS Arrest NLC President Joe Ajaero At Abuja Airport by onuman: 12:43pm On Sep 09 |
richie240: Ajaero is not NLC. Members of the NLC are backing him. You Tinubu people who jump from where you think the fence is lowest, by the time you put every notable Igbo in detention, you will discover that you are like a lonely tree in the forest. NLC should go like Turji Bello to the forest? |

yoniehuin: What stops you from having a new country for your region, since nobody from outside your region must be allowed to contest elections in your region? No country exists like the one you want to have for Nigeria. Why do you use proceeds from another region to build infrastructures in your region? You should reject proceeds from crude oil coming to your region. 2 Likes |
Politics / Re: Yemi Adenuga: Irish People Attack Nigerian Vying For Post by onuman: 5:47pm On Sep 08 |
In Nigeria, the Irish-Nigerians can't contest and can't win elections. The political structure sieves out a lot of southern Nigerians, especially from the southeast zone, from contesting elections at the National levels. The Buharis of the north win due to the skewed and fraudulent political structure. In Nigeria, election is not contested but votes are awarded. |

Watching Ngelale on the media, he is not the type that tells lies not minding the consequences. Therefore, he can't work with President Bola Tinubu and APC. A chronic liar shall replace Ngelali. |
Politics / Re: 'We Will Provide You With Insecurity' Monday Okpebholo Gaffes In Viral Video by onuman: 9:53pm On Sep 07 |
NorthernAgender: Islamic extremists of Nigeria worship APC. They don't give a damn. They can vote to impose a goat, be he a Muslim or non Muslim, on a state or on Nigeria, so long as the goat represents the interest of the APC for future Talibanization of Nigeria to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal justice system. Adams Oshiomhole was a Muslim. He was nominally converted to non Muslim by his late wife as condition to marry him when he was an ordinary street tailor. |

That Edo State APC guber candidate is one of the symptoms of degradation in Nigeria's political parlance. How did Adams Oshiomhole and APC hope to impose a man who apparently cannot write his name correctly on Edo State as governor? 3 Likes |
Politics / Re: APC, Buhari, Tinubu, Others Destroyed Nigeria – Salihu Lukman by onuman: 9:43pm On Sep 07 |
The most unfortunate thing about Nigeria of today is that the present generation of Nigerians see Nigeria as a country formed by 36 states and Abuja political structure. Those from the south of Nigeria do not understand that 19 states should not have been proliferated in the old Northern region. At best, there should have been equal number of states for the three regions that formed Nigeria in 1960. Tell any northern Nigerian about need for political restructuring of Nigeria, he will ask you to come to the National Assembly for political restructuring, knowing full well that the National Assembly is overwhelmingly overpopulated by legislators from the old Northern region by the vice of excess number of states created in the northern region by northern military dictators. |
Politics / Re: APC, Buhari, Tinubu, Others Destroyed Nigeria – Salihu Lukman by onuman: 9:31pm On Sep 07 |
But the sad reality is that no messiah of president can ever emerge from the extant skewed and lopsided political structure of Nigeria to reposition Nigeria to the path of development. Nigeria got destroyed when northern military dictators proliferated 19 states in the old Northern region but allowed 17 states for the two southern regions. New federating units like states and local government areas are never created in a country formed by different regions through use of land mass or population figures as yardstick. Because of the Electoral advantages of the old Northern region, Nigeria will at every election spring up the Buharis, the Jonathans and the Tinubus as president through Arrangee formula. |

slimfit1: The one we have now is an ethno-religious bigot, an Islamic extremist. His actions have kept APC in power since 2019. In 2019 and 2023 general elections, Nigeria's electorate rejected APC, but Yakubu Mahmood used excuses of dysfunctional computers to award victory to APC, a political party led by Islamists. |
