Politics / Re: I Want To Appear In Court But I’m Afraid Of Arrest — Yahaya Bello by onuman: 2:22pm On Apr 23
Once said the Judiciary is the last Hope for the common man. In Nigeria, the saying is not true. A most thieving governor wants to appear before the judges. Meaning? He hopes to be freed in court.
Politics / Re: I Want To Appear In Court But I’m Afraid Of Arrest — Yahaya Bello by onuman: 2:18pm On Apr 23
In Nigeria, a politician from the ruling party can steal one years income of Nigeria. All the politician needs to do is give the judges a chunk of the Stolen money to buy his freedom.

The judges must have been selected and appeased by now for a softlanding for Bello.

Nothing to do with Nigeria failing as a nation, and everything to do with lack of a cost reflective tarrif, and people not paying their bills.

And if we split the country, the same issues are going to remain. We gotta change our mindset.

Does cost reflective?? tarrif emerge from the moon?
What makes people refuse to pay their bills. Do people in functional countries refuse to pay their bills?
Split the country into more manageable countries and see all these bottlenecks on present Nigeria DISAPPEAR from the emergent new countries.

Nigeria as presently structured and governed never gonna survive. Take this to the World Bank.

Nigeria's constitution has a section on Quota System which denies admission to merited Nigerians from certain ethnic groups. So why grieve on the admission policy of the Indian school?

Politics / Re: Japa: 9 Reasons For Visa Rejection At The US Embassy by onuman: 1:48pm On Apr 23
The US visa refusniks in the embassies are doing good to Nigerians indirectly, and perhaps unknown to the US visa officers.
As Nigerians from the south move out of Nigeria because of economic difficulties, Islamic fighters from the Sahel region of West Africa move into the south of Nigeria to occupy the vacant position.

Close to a million Nigerians from the south who JAPPAd since the trend started during the 1980s have not returned to Nigeria because the country has remained unfavourable to them to return to. Islamic fighters have since moved down south to occupy the spaces they left.

A country of of over 350m people is only targeting 6,000 MW

These people are confused
.

They don't want to tell themselves the truth that Nigeria had since before now failed as a country. The huge size, geographical locations and diverse religions, of the three largest groups in Nigeria made the country fail.

Good news. Just like we have been targeting since Obasanjo administration.
The money for that shall be shared by the same people setting up the target.

The issue is not all about buying and selling. The major theme here is practicing racism against us in our own indigenous country.

Ethnic discrimination embedded in Nigeria's constitution is worse evil than racism. Ethnic discrimination in Nigeria suppresses the bright people from participating in Nigeria's political process, therefore throws up the worst of apex political leadership for Nigeria. More than 200 million people in Nigeria suffer the consequences.
We are told no Nigerian group has a choice to exit Nigeria. These are worse evil than racism.

While condemning the actions of the Chinese supermarket if they actually prevented Nigerians from accessing the supermarket to shop, we must condemn evil in its entirety.

Many voters who looked like they came from a particular popular part of Nigeria were brazenly prevented from casting their votes in a presidential election in Nigeria here. Violence was freely meted out to the ones who dared to come forward to vote, Heads were broken, beatings were freely administered, the news and pictures of that abound in this very forum. Right under the very noses of security agencies, right inside Nigeria here. Right under the noses of those opening their mouths waaaa to shout injustice now.

Nobody was arrested, nobody is in jail for that.

Then what is our moral justification to condemn a simple act of refusal of entry in a private business? Which is worse?

Even their APC appointed court judges never asked any questions about election violence barring a particular ethnic group from voting in Lagos State.
Bayo Onanuga warned the ethnic group to never attempt again to 'participate' in Lagos elections.
Onanuga is sitting at Aso Rock as major aid to President Tinubu.

Hypocrites. A country known for INEQUALITY for citizens. The Chinese shop copied from Nigeria's government system.
.A country where a child from an ethnic group would score 300 marks in a govt school entrance examination but refused admission, while another child from another ethnic group who scored 59 marks gets admitted to the same school.

It's gonna be reduction of Nigeria's population by more than half.
Worse Issue is that most of the Nigerian population don't understand that there is centrifugal forces from the major ethnic groups of Nigeria acting on the country; it's the forces that make Nigeria the most dysfunctional country in the world. The bourgeois groups of the two major ethnic groups in the south stick their people together with the northern region which practices sharia criminal laws and don't aspire for modern innovations.

IGP Egbetokun and his no state police.
Egbetokun's Selfish and extremely parochial stance on state police is very dangerous.
President Tinubu who appointed Egbetokun had crisscrossed the SW region for more than 12 years asking for political restructuring of Nigeria.

He wants continuity of the present system where Abubakar who doesn't know anything about the SW or SE region polices in the south, and Okoro or an Ajibode who doesn't know anything about northern Nigeria is placed to police the northern region. Crime proliferated.

JimohMomoh:
Always looking unkempt. They have been brainwashed by Isalamic extremists that they are fighting for Allah.

Federal Government will still rehabilitate them and later recruit them into the Army.

Tinubu government may not recruit the Boko Haram people into the army.
Tinubu, like most of the Muslims from the SW region, will not touch sharia criminal justice system, not even with a long spoon. Boko Haram says it's fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.
Sharia criminal laws include stoning blasphemous persons to death, stoning women to death for adultery, cutting out the hands of thieves and other obsolete punishment systems.

Buhari vowed in Kaduna in 2001 before a large crowd of Muslims, that he would not relent until sharia criminal laws are applied in all the states of Nigeria.
One of the earliest demands of Alhaji Tanko Mohammed appointed Chief Justice of Nigeria by Buhari was for Islamic sharia criminal justice system be included in Nigeria's Constitution. He added: "after all, we have the numbers in the National Assembly" to include sharia criminal justice system in the constitution.

Mostly Muslim military leaders from the North who sponsored the 1999 constitution refused inclusion of sharia criminal justice system in the constitution, unarguably because they knew the chaos it can cause in a country nearly equally divided between Muslims and Christians.

But Sani Yerima introduced Sharia criminal laws in Zamfara state in 1999 when he was governor. The other 11 far north states quickly adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal laws.
Thereafter, the sharia wars broke out in the north. A BBC female Reporter then asked Yerima if he did not understand that his sharia criminal laws would lead to break up of Nigeria.

News for another day.

Boko Haram no de finish.

Boko Haram says it's fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws, the same laws adopted by the political and religious leaders in the 12 far north states of Nigeria.

The difference between Boko Haram fighters and those who adopted sharia crimimal laws is like the difference between 6 and half a dozen. The more Boko Haram killed by the army or surrendered to the army, the more new new recruits join the Boko Haram fighting force. It's an endless religious war. The only solution is grant the sharia states the Islamic Republic of Arewa which they sought indirectly but still clutch tight to one Nigeria because of lucre in the south.

When is Tinubu government sending the armed forces to kill Yoruba Nation agitators?
First, Nigeria's armed forces commanded by Buhari started to kill unarmed IPOB people beginning in a church meeting in Aba; thereafter, the armed forces unprovoked continued to kill IPOB people everywhere, culminating in Operation Python Dance where the armed forces killed IPOB people like rats.
Subsequent clandestine killings in the east were engineered by Buhari and his people.
It's an Heediot who would believe that Igbos were killing Igbos to restore Biafra.

Probably not so much about renewal and more about new passport that NIN now secures.

We all know many consistently argued that NIN supervision, under Buhari, was to grant Nigerian citizenship cheaply and easily to many who should never have had access to it. Too late now IMO.

Hundreds of thousands of Jihadists have entered Nigeria from the Sahel region of West Africa through the porous borders in Northern Nigeria. They have obtained NIN and Local Government id, and became citizens of Nigeria during the APC government of Nigeria.
Too late indeed.
