My advice is don't make promises you can't keep... he is right to ask for a refund you know, so don't blame him..

You said he should ask for a refund if he doesn't get any results after 32 days.. that was your word.

Give him part of his payment if you can't give all, and try removing that "REFUND" in your website when making a promise.




As usual I don't expect to see anyone supporting the guy on refund smh...

2. When someone ask you question, please go straight to the point and answer his questions, unless he or she needs further explanations.
3. No words of insult to someone that ask a reasonable questions.
No be by force to answer questions with insult, there are many people here willing to help without insulting you or telling you to read from page 1-500 even though the question is not a newbie question.

You can open your own thread if you really want to be acting like a boss anytime you are asked a question.... I bet you that thread wouldn't last for a week.
