Pls guys what do I do, I applied for study Visa since 19th of May 2022, till nowi have not heard form IRCC.My school does not deffer admission and has shopped my 500 acceptance fee.I have written Ircc twice and I was told my application is under active review. On my profile , noting has really changed including biometric, medical, etc . Did upfront medical, my school NBCC has also revoked my admission and asked me to apply for another fall 2023 and ofccourse another acceptance fee.

Pls kindly advise me on what to do.

If one can change course its o.k. then it's better i apply for diploma 3 years civil engineering. Wen i get there I can then change course.
But having hnd civil engineering and going for undergraduate civil engineering, they might not givebme visa, so I rather apply with waec, without showing my hnd. But my fear is how do I prove to the embassy what have been doing since dat is now am going for undergraduate at 37 years.

If I were you, I will go go pgc in construction management, there are lot of jobs in this area all over Canada instead of OND civiling eng.

Ok if you cannot differ, your best option is to enquire if you can apply for another intake and request for refund of your fees. Once you get the admission, you can forward the LOA to IRCC

What they want is for me to apply for another intake for Sept 2023 pay application fee and another 500 confirmation fee despite paying all this for 2022 that is withdrawn.

This is quite strange as most canadian institutions are aware of the unusually long waiting period being experienced all across the world. SOme Canadian institutions are even assisting students by reaching out the IRCC for any form of support, while offering online classes at beginning of the semester.

I wrote them that I have not goten decision from the IRCC concerning my visa approval, that my student account should not be charge for insurance as I dont know my stand yet.I paid for 1 year fee including student union, insurance all feel for 1 year.So they wrote me back that i have been withdrawn.I wrote a protest letter and I was told that If I dont show up in Canada by 12 of this month, that my withdrawal still stand. My school dont have Janauary seession and I am not even allowed to deffer unless I have rejection letter from IRCC and the last date for defferement is today

Is there expiring date on your Admission offer letter you submitted on your application? They can cancel your application if your admission letter has expired.

I was thinking they will ask for a new admission when the present one expire.
Any experience candidate as mine also has expiration date .
