- Put the name, address, infos, tel number AND MOST IMPORTANTLY photo of the sick person (and yourself too).
- put the name and number of the hospital where the person has been diagnosed and cared for.
- you can also put a video link where the person in question can vouch that you are who you say you are...and the account number is indeed for his possible help.
