I have not started building, the place is still a heavy bush. Some people are only doing fencing at ochifu layout which is before obodo oma layout.. Building can not be going on and you still get a plot below 2million.There are two layouts that are selling there now ( New Jerusalem layout and obodo oma layout) that is why the price is still at 700k because the two layouts have lots of plots not like Ochifu that had few plots that were all sold last year. Documents are DEED OF ASSIGNMENT,IRREVOCABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY, and PAYMENT RECEIPT . But all the documents were prepared by my lawyer. I have lifted the plot with the ministry of land.

As i said before, i dont know geniuty of the marketer here, but the surveyor that is working on the layout is GOOD VALUE GEO-INFORMATION CONSULT located at 32 Edinbour street by college road ogui new layout Enugu. I bought directly from them.Hope this will help intending buyers in conducting verification.

I personally know Obodo Oma layout. It is located at the back of New building material site of enugu south LGA after Ochifu layout. I bought a plot there at 500k early this year from the surveyor that was working on the land. I also have plots in ochifu layout. These are nicely located sites, right behind the Phase 2 independence layout.

I can say that i know the surveyor working on the land, not sure about the marketer here but he doesnt sound dubious, but there is a need for you to have some one verify for you if you are interested. One of the surveyors is Chinedu with phone number 07082603020. Maybe you can connect the marketer here with the Chinedu but still have your person check things out for you. Chinedu bought for me from their oga. My name is Onyeka incase you call chinedu for verification. good luck

A building was demolished in Anambra State last year because it was used for kidnapping .. New PDP is an illegal organization and any building used for its meetings is used for illegality so therefore deserves demolition.. sentiment apart..

Why is he waiting till mid october to start his campaign despite his unpopularity?
Where does he stand on many issues bothering Anambra state?
Does he have the political sagacity to pilot a state with minority party where the house of assembly is been controlled by forces outside his knowledge?
Does he want to get elected in 2014 only to be impeached b4 2015?
Cvs and educational profiles don't win elections even in the US, UK or other countries.
My best suggestion is for him to remain in the political circles until 2018 then we can give him a chance.

I wonder what you mean by the politicians.. Is any one a politician by profession? Be a good political analyst or rather a good student of history. ngige was a medical doctor before he entered into a criminal act that brought him to power. Peter Obi was into business before he was brought by chekwas okorie and ojukwu . So be kind to tell me who is a born politician.. I wouldnt have wished to answer your question of where Prof. Akanegbu have been in the last four years,but for the sake of your understanding, people join politics when they wish or have reasons to. Otherwise, you would start by telling us where Ngige was before 2003. Your headache should not be when some one wishes to start campaign, but to vote for the best for your people because every candidate has his strategy.

If you really wish to know his stand on issues bothering anambra, then do your self a favour and meet him for an interview or wait until he starts his campaign. Being a good student of history would help you to realize how many house members peter obi had to his party when he became a governor. You can also find out same about Ondo, Ogun, Osun and Oyo states..If in your personal judgement as a youth that intellectual qualification is not a factor in winning elections, then , i am sorry but you belong to the past.. You sound so intimidated in your write ups,( seems you are working for the touts that are making noise in awka) but dont be, just be genuine and wish for the best for your people.. PEACE

Nigerian youths are really the major cause of leadership failure in Nigeria..This was the title of a paper i presented in a function organized by the youth association of my local government early this year.. One continues to wonder what our people really want.. We continue to complain while we continue to go for the least qualified in every election.. Things may not change in our dear country any time soon until we creep into our understanding that the best candidates will always give us the best service and vise versa.. Let us be wise for once and do the right things and desist from condemning the most qualified because of a few thousands paid to us.. The future is always more important than what ever we are paid or promised today to compromise genuine efforts.. Whatever someone is paid, it can never be enough to protect the collective future of his large family members..

UPP stands for United Progressive Party. A party founded last year By chief Chekwas Okorie. Same founder of APGA that brought Peter Obi and Rochas of Imo State to power.

FreeGlobe: so what did Peter obi do for his community before being governor. As a Economist, I think this is the only viable replacement we have for Soludo. I think the state needs a good restructuring and planning. And the man is well exposed. You got to admit he has a better record and qualification than all those touts, stooges and thugs contesting.His cV says he specialized in International Trade, Finance and Economic Development. very impressive! He just needs to play the politics involved and well. Remember Peter Obi was barely a politician when he contested.

What you read about his CV is simple truth or you may carry your own independent investigation..You will be impressed further..Truth is not a secret.. Are you not surprised that even his old student here has given some good testimony about him? I have many of my lecturers then in school that i can never give a vote if i see them contesting even for councelorship and there are still some i can consider to just vote for , while there are still some i would contribute to get them serve the people. Imagine what his old student says even behind the prof. He may have not done much for his people but i bet you that neither Fashola nor Sulivan Chime including Apkabio have done anything for his people prior to becoming a governor. Infact, Sullivan's kinsmen told us then in 2007 that the man dosnt attend village meeting and had nothing to do with his people. But today, he is one of the best in south east. If really you think that his towering profile do not count, then we have to go for the touts and stop complaining about the underdevelopment we witness in our nation. At once, we need good and qualified people to lead us. Prof. Soludo, Akunyili and Prof. Akanegbu are the best that have come around at this moment, pls lets give them the chance. If we continue to complain about the touts and go ahead also to complain about the intellectually qualified, then we may continue to experience what we have with us now.. Say what is good and do what is good and let our society be good for all of us. Lets show the world that Anambra has great guys that can do great things and not the touts that try to over shadow the good guys. The society is for all of us to live in, so lets make it good.

He has a name but not very popular among the populace for now and that is the work his campaigns will do. His party has structures in Anambra, just like in Imo. You can ask people around in anambra even in your own ward, just ask for UPP ward office in your ward and you will be surprised. Remember some candidates are making big noise in Awka and on TV with no ward offices. This is what UPP is cementing now before launching the campaign proper because it is the masses that do the voting as most of us in the city only follow the elections online or on the tv. Pls be sure that you have my appreciation for accepting what you know is better.. We need things to be done differently in our own country. Americans campaigned for Obama every where because they believed in him and some even went to donate money online without Obama knowing them. That is the much people who wish for good governance do for themselves and their people just to be sure they have the good guy. As of early this week, he started mini campaigns, but it will be flagged off properly mid Oct.. Please take your time also to search about his party leader ( Chekwas Okorie) , who was the founder of APGA, then you will believe with me that something is going to happen.. He is one of the best Igbo leaders and a great strategist. I will send you email but i can tell you that your said little quota might be the reason we may have a good or better government in Anambra .

There is a grand conspiracy to destroy democracy in Anambra State. We as patriots must therefore expose this conspiracy to restore the dignity of our state and fulfill the great responsibility which we hold to God and our country. We must all rise against this collective enemy of democracy to ensure that a government of the people by the people and for the people shall never perish in this country. It was Martin Neimoller that was quoted in his book titled THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE FREE and I quote ‘First they came for the communists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist. Then they came for the socialists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then finally they came for me and by that time, there was no one left to speak for me’. When one state is enslaved, all are not free. Nicholas Ukachukwu’s dangerous politics must not be treated as Anambra’s problem, it must be a concern to every citizen of this great country as this has set a dangerous precedence and has heated up the polity in Anambra state and very soon, viral political desperados like him will replicate his actions across this nation especially now that he is a strong financer of the Baraje led new PDP

Nicholas Ukachukwu is from Anambra state and he wants to be Governor of Anambra State in 2013 but he still thinks that he can be a Governor through black market injunctions. People with doubtful integrity can go to any length to grab power. Nicholas ukachukwu assumes it is politically correct to grab power through the instrumentality of court actions and not by the obtained consent of those to be governed. He has initiated judicial rigging in Anambra state but fails to remember that all riggings irrespective of undertones removes LEGITIMACY as the vote of the people doesn’t count anymore. It also meant that my vote at the Alex Ekwueme’s Square during the PDP Congress of the 24th of August 2013 doesn’t count anymore. Nicholas Ukachukwu by his court injunction has told us to go to hell. I voted at that congress and I knew that Nicholas Ukachukwu lost the PDP ticket and was defeated by Comrade Tony Nwoye.But today, in his desperation and total disregard and disrespect to us and the people of Anambra State; he got a court injunction to declare himself winner. Like I said earlier, any man with doubtful integrity can go to any length to grab power.

To further showcase his desperation, Nicholas Ukachukwu and his cronies forged the stamp and signature of the National Organizing Secretary of the PDP and used such to obtain a court injunction under false pretense (See Exhibit Appendix 1).In a letter addressed to Comrade Tony Nwoye(See Exhibit Appendix II),the National Organizing Secretary of the PDP,Alhaji Abubakar Mustapha wrote that Nicholas Ukachukwu falsified both his signature and his office stamp and used same to secure a court injunction at Port-Harcourt, a criminal offence that is punishable under the law.

In a letter addressed to the Deputy Inspector General of Police dated 16th Sept,2013 (See Exhibit Appendix III) forwarded to the DIG by DCP Murtala from the office of the Inspector General of Police asking the DIG to take appropriate actions on the allegation of forgery against Nicholas Ukachukwu (I am yet to understand why Mr. Ukachukwu has not been picked up by the Nigerian Police for forgery and impersonation).A petition for the arrest and prosecution of Nicholas Ukachukwu over forgery, impersonation and fraudulent act was forwarded to the Nigerian Police by a team of Lawyers from the PDP (See Exhibit Appendix IV,V and VI).This is a man that wants to be Governor of Anambra State, a man that have been guests of the EFCC,the Nigerian Police etc. severally over the past couple of years on cases ranging from Embezzlement,Looting,Accessasory to various crimes etc. A man who has been on investigation by the EFCC over a dangerous looting of Nassarawa state and Bayelsa state. This is the same man that wants to govern Anambra State. IMPOSSIBLE.....IT IS LIBERTY OR DEATH
Nicholas Ukachukwu in a desperate bid to obtain judgment against Comrade Tony Nwoye altered PDP guidelines for primary election, 2010 by removing clauses 50(f) of part IV contained in pages 31 and 32, being clauses that are against him and his case and used such as exhibit in his affidavit under oath (act of forgery and perjury) lying under oath to obtain an interim order of injunction restraining INEC from accepting the nomination forms of Comrade Tony Nwoye

I voted at the PDP Congress where Comrade Tony Nwoye scored 498 votes against ukachukwu’s distant 352 votes. He lost out and now he wants to be declared PDP Candidate. What a shame! This same Nicholas Ukachukwu and his Friend Senator Andy Uba have been fighting to take away the mandate given to Comrade Tony Nwoye by the people of Anambra State. They have been gallivanting from courts to courts. Very soon, we shall see them at the ECOWAS court.Nicholas Ukachukwu and his crony Senator Andy Uba formed a league with the Baraje led New PDP boosting that soon they will remove Alhaji Bamanga Tukur and install their stooge Baraje as the substantive Chairman of the PDP.Few days ago, after the grand reception of Comrade Tony Nwoye and Prince Ken Emekayi by the state PDP Stake-holders where the party pledged support for Bamanga Tukur and Dr Goodluck Jonathan, Nicholas Ukachukwu and Andy Uba quickly sent their foot soldiers across the wards assuring them that Goodluck Jonathan will soon be forced to step down from the 2015 contest while Bamanga Tukur will be forced to resign and Nicholas Ukachukwu declared the PDP Candidate of the party, WHAT AN ILLUSION

It has therefore become clear that Nicholas Ukachukwu is fighting Anambra State because of Comrade Tony Nwoyes support for Goodluck Jonathan.Mr Ukachukwu we will defeat you!

Be Blessed for saying the truth as you know it.. We need good people in leadership and it behooves on us all to entrench that in any way we can for the betterment of our society. His party is not weak.. UPP was founded by the same founder of APGA ( chief chekwas Okorie) . Look out from the second week of October to be sure about the strength of his party, though a one year old party.. You are going to be amazed at what is going to play out in the next few weeks.. But if you think Prof. is good enough to govern anambra state, you can join in campaigning for him in your own little way as many are now doing even before he flags off campaign in couple of weeks to come... He has over two decades of experience in teaching and research and community development. He has taught and researched in Howard University, USA, University of Lagos, American University of Nigeria, Yola; Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and Nigerian Turkish Nile University, Abuja.

The towering intellectual also served in research and administrative capacities in several institutions: World Bank, Research and Evaluation Department, Washington D.C, and United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
