At least 17 people have died in an area of northwestern Democratic Republic of Congo where health officials have now confirmed an outbreak of Ebola, the health ministry said on Tuesday.
It is the ninth time Ebola has been recorded in the central African nation, whose eastern Ebola river gave the deadly virus its name when it was discovered there in the 1970s, and comes less than a year after its last outbreak which killed eight people.

Wow!! Is youth unemployment high in the country? ..Ok OBJ.. Since you know this big prolem has been hanging around these parts for a while, kindly provide us with a solution... Oh.. I even have a solution to suggest. OTA farms, can we start from there? for instance you could map out 50 Million Naira each for Enugu, Niger, Benin & Jos. Thats N200Million. Then use 20 million in getting a hectare each in still-developing areas across these locations(i know you have friends that may even give it for free), then employ 30 farm hands each (i.e 120 people) earning 50,000 across the locations( ie 1.5million naira monthly salary per location coming to a total of 6 million monthly in salaries).If all they do there is plant cabbages, pepper, tomatoes and lettuce, i'm sure you would have added immense value and in 5-6 months the businesses should at least be on semi self sustaining and employing another 30.

If you pay 6Million salary for 6 months thats N36 Million. Plus the N80 Million for the land. Thats only N116 Million naira. (Assumption: hoe+garden fork+pesticides+sprayer+miscallenous = N60Million(@N15million per location)) All still na N116 + N60 =176million (change still remain o). U no fit do this one?

Errm, Firstly, i'm not an introvert (sorry i came in) curiosity got the best of me. Secondly, I'm not an extrovert either(love my me-time too much). However, i believe that both personality types wield a power that goes beyond imagination but at the same time run the risk of affecting the people involved if found in excess. Personality tests could do you some good but no amount of personality tests and results would do you as good as knowing that your personality down the line could interfere with your ability to live a balanced life.
Case 1: An intoverted Man gets married, has lovely children n beautiful family but lives in his equally beautiful mind just too much. After a while, it affects communication with people around him, Business associates see him as too coded for comfort and his church members see him as weird quiet.
Case 2: Extroverted Dude gets married, has lovely children n beautiful family but is the life of the party. Function after function he "turns-up" like Chuck Norris but after a while, Wife in her mind gets the feeling dude lives for the people and has lost a part of himself in the crowd, He attracts other extroverted fellows as friends who most in generally live the life. Unfortunately, real business opportunities (i mean the really big life changing ones)have a way of eluding overtly extroverted peeps either because the ones bringing the business don't trust them fully by virtue of their associations or doubt their ability to keep manly secrets (unfortunately, most extroverts are loose-lipped because making great discussion is all part of being an awesome extroverted fella making them not know when to actually stop).
Well guys, balance is the key. Do not strive to be an intro-vert or extro-vert. just be a "VERT" like me. . Firstly, i have 3 kids and my first was delivered abroad. My last two were delivered @ Goldcross and the experience was good. Infact as i write i'm still at Goldcross cos my last was born 2 days ago and will be discharged tomorrow. I went online to see what comes up on Goldcross solely out of being impressed at the way the nurses, management et al would come every now and then to see how we were doing.The delivery was smooth and i had an amazing doctor who despite being pregnant herself had ensured my wife delivered safely only to put to bed 2 hours later.My apologies for people who have lost loved ones but i think medical cases & refferals are not "Yeah" or "nay" topics discussed in forums. It goes deeper than this. On the issue of General Hospitals, how good or bad they are is based on how important health ranks on the scale of things for the incumbent government of any state as i believe every state would "in a perfect world " want to have great hospitals.
