Education / Re: Is There Anybody That Can Help With UNIBEN Transcript? by oo360z: 7:22am On Sep 24, 2022
I applied last year and it was online, But I made a new choice this year and would like to apply separately but I've gone to the website and looked everywhere it seems the portal is locked on the Successful Status of the last application without provision to start a new Transcript Application.

* Is this a bug on their website?
* Do I have to go to Uniben physically?
* If I have to go physically, what do I do when I get to Uniben?

I'm truly lost.

LilyOg:

When did you apply? And you should have written them together. I think you will have to apply separately.

Hi everyone,

Please I would like to apply for another transcript to be sent to a different school. I successfully applied for one Original and it got to them, but I would like to process another. It seems though that the form is locked or unavailable, please what do I do?

Thank you.

Please oh, I asked a question about a month ago and people did not answer instead were just throwing shades out of lack of understanding and were saying I was trying to travel to Ukraine. So let me rephrase.

Who has canceled their visa application since this war started and collected back their passport from either VFS or Embassy? If so, how did you go about it?

I need my passport back, I wan hold am for hand before I start application for UK September as I have enough funds for UK now. No be the one this war go last reach that time and I won't be able to submit my Passport to UK Embassy.

I spoken to VFS Abuja through the helpline at https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga/en/ukr but they are saying go to embassy. Instead of wasting Flight Ticket, I sent someone to embassy because I'm not based in Abuja, Embassy said go to VFS Abuja.

I'm confused, please advise. Thank you.

My application is already with them and its been there for two weeks. If the Cancellation process takes longer than the issuance process, what would have been the fastest way to get your passport sir? It was a very valid question in my opinion. Just because we see information differently does not mean my point of view is bland.

I will never even try to support anybody with such question, if you are only concerned about getting your passport back then you shouldn't have asked question about visa. People are dying for nothing for God sake!

Bro I just want to collect my passport back. And I needed advice on this. Instead of trolling me why not offer me advise?

I'm worried about this that is why I'm asking for this information. I called VFS Global Ukraine customer care line as you can see in the screenshot but to no success in reaching them.

We should learn to be more supportive even in virtual space. To me that is the true essence of Nairaland.

If I was even in Abuja it would have been easier but I'm located in Port Harcourt. If I waste money flying down to Abuja only to find out that they are not even open for Visa Cancellation/Retrieval Services without even asking, I am the one at loss. And probably that is where you could have come in with advise.

justwise:

Yes they are and airlines are flying in and out of Ukraine, the war is not affecting student visa holders or foreigners.

Nigerians are special species

Can someone advise on this please?

oo360z:
Good day all,

Please I'd like to confirm two things:

1. Amidst the state of emergency in Ukraine, is the Embassy in Nigeria still issuing student visas?
2. If No to the first question, Please how can I go about passport retrieval?

One of the reasons I considered Ukraine for study was affordability while having competitive ranking in the world. But It seems part payment in the UK would have to do.

Thank you.
