I'm Ajibola by name and I really appreciate what you guys are doing on here. God reward you all for the insightful contributions you all make in helping us navigate this process.

Please I have just been offered admission by Cape Breton University in Nova Scotia. Course is post-baccalaureate diploma in Supply chain management. Though I have ND in Banking & Finance and also BSc in Banking & Finance. I worked in the finance dept of my current company for a full calender year in 2014 before going back to school, I return to the company in 2018 and I am currently working in the same finance dept.

I am being skeptical about my eduational qualification and work experience and the Supply-chain course I have been offered. How would the VFO view this application?

Then again the financial aspect of it, as for July last year, I really didn't have much in my main account, so some proceed came in and they were constantly in 7 digit up till last month, my account balance as of today 3 Feb is currently 9.2m, which I don't know if it will be sufficient? the inflow from August till now, could that be an issue? Kindly note all funds are legitimate.

I also have my late fathers properties which I have access to, also another property but jointly owned, a pension account, a mutual fund account with coronation merchant bank up till 2 5m.

What are my chances, I don't have a sponsor, I am all by my self.

Please what are my chances, your advice would be highly appreciated

Luv ur speeches bro, it's not mostly by one's effort but God favour and luck. I also got admission through DE, I can tell u when I applied there was this lady whom I met, she actually knows a very strong officer from one of the office were all these admission stuffs are done, but my brother am saying it she's still seeking admission ooo. I saw her on the day of the interview on the queue and I thank my God. Some ppl are good in pressing there button, why some merit, why some favour.

Mr okay If u read my post again u will see that I didn't state any department which does candidates applied for. Anyway if u care to know d department am talking about I will state it. (BANKING AND FINANCE). And it happened life n direct. I strongly believe you are fully aware things like this happens, so it better we state the fact here to avoid any hatred towards this great institution of ours.

About the DE list, my observation from past activities is immediately after the merit list, uniosun will compile the list of 1st batch of DE students. Then after the supplementary list will be released which will be for jambites as well, then another DE list will b consider and that MIGHT actually be the final DE list.
Note I said MIGHT cuz am not 100% sure of d system uniosun will use this time around, only speaking from past experience.

I strongly believe dat Larride as a valid point. Last year a lady as 60 plus but wasn't admitted, why another lady with 46.7 had her name on d merit list. Uniosun list is so so funny that giving any aspirant 100% hope will only make d person develop hatred when things don't go as planned. Pls let encourage them to pray harder n seek favour and luck. @ Larride guess u enjoying ur holiday. Pls endeavour to get and submit your transcript on time before the release of the 1st admission list. Pls get more info from elite people who can direct u n render assistance without collecting a penny. Don't b scammed n threatened. The most important factors when it comes to Uniosun D.E admission are #1..the Person's grade (someone with Distinction, upper credit or 10-13pts stands a better chance) , #2..How fast the person submits his/her transcript to d registrars office and #3.finally how d persons follows-up with the whole process...others are state of origin, how competitive is that department n how many D.E candidates they admits.. like engineering don't usually admits much D.E students. BUT in all those the person should put God 1st and Believe!!!

Yea mr okeke u are rite, DE student do nt seat 4 any exam, but they will b asked 2 submit her documents, also d dept one is applying 4 also determine one's chances, I can tell frm experience dat most courses @ okuku campus are very hard 2 get admission cus 100LEVEL student in almost all d dept are much, currently banking as more dan 100 students, same as accounting. So much pple won't b joining dem, but pple will surely join, but few. So I believe u nid 2 pray harder n do all necessary stuffs. Don't underestimate ur academic transcript. Yes man, transcript is totally different from statement of result, ur academic transcript is made extremely confidential, it has all ur result n marks u scored in all d course u took although ur days in poly, result 4 each semester n ur scores. Eg Eco101 62. But ur statement only as Eco101 B2. U can print ur statement of result on ur portal, but ur transcript is process by d skul, u must no av access 2 d content in it.

U are 2 go along with ur statement of result n also ur Jamb De form, d 1 u filled online. U can also go along with ur O'Level result 2 b on a safer syd.

Hello my broda, I think uniosun hardly admit student who pick them as 2nd choice unless u av connection, even does who applied 4 DE picking uniosun as ur 1st choice doesn't even guarantee ur admission, not 2 say 2nd choice. My broda uniosun admission na prayer ooo, only if u get connection na den u fit rest ontop ur admission. But. I would advice u, pls make dem ur 1st choice if u rili do need d admission. Am talking 4rm experience oooo. Cuz I was also admitted through DE, and uniosun was my 1st choice my name came out on d final list. So 1st is beta

Uniosun post utme form is not out yet, and it won't b out until latest july, why d exam should hold august. Dats d most likely outcome on d post utme. As par d past question, specify d subject u want assistance on, and I will check if I can help out on dat. Hope av answered ur question?

Yes dat grade is ok 2 earn u admission but am nt 2 sure if mass comm would b accepted 4 LAW. But d grade is ok 4 DE

For does asking abut d skul fees, I want u 2 knw dat all freshers including DE student will pay d same fee, but d fee @ tyms varies depending on d dept, science dept pay more due 2 laboratory. But d skul doesn't charge non indigne more, equally payment for all student. I fink d fee is 130k sha 4 freshers.

I think it tym I need 2 get 2 wrk, all DE applicant pls note, u are 2 obtain DE scratch card frm d designated banks, fill online, den make adequate copies, submit either d original or fotocopy 2 any jamb offiz close 2 ur location. Dere after, u wait till d skul commence selling of post ume for jambites. NOTE ur transcript is paramount 4 ur admission oooo, No transcript no admission. Better go 2 ur poly n make sure normal things are done. Dats all I can share 4 nw. If u nid more info, feel free 2 ask, I was also helped wit info. DE student 4low dis basic info.
