Is it that your sexual organ does not get erected?

Let me explain it better.
My sexual organ does get erected, but the problem is that I don’t feel the normal sensitivity or excitement that should come with it. The erection is there, but the sensation is weak — almost like my body isn’t fully connected to what’s happening.

Because of that, I struggle to maintain the erection for long or stay fully engaged during intimacy. It feels more like a mechanical response, not a natural, enjoyable one.

That’s why I’m worried — physically I can get hard, but mentally and sensation-wise, something feels off

What I mean by ‘no sensation’ is that during intimacy, I don’t feel the normal arousal or excitement a man is supposed to feel. My body isn’t reacting the way it should — no strong desire, no buildup, and sometimes I can’t maintain momentum. It’s not that I don’t like my partner; emotionally I’m there, but physically it feels almost numb or unresponsive.

It’s confusing because this wasn’t an issue before 2021. After being inactive for years and relying mostly on self-pleasure, it seems like my body is not adjusting back to real intimacy. That’s the best way I can explain it
