This still bows down to our corrupt minded leaders cos the schools are used as means of generating income in which cleaning fee is part of the payment but instead of paying a cleaning agents from the fee paid to do the job they embezzle the money then engage the innocent students.

Most of the funds generated from the events is taken by the Principal, but if he has a "good" heart, it is shared between the Principal and his VP. The money is for their personal use, not for the betterment of the school.
