Folic acid once daily
Ferrous one 3times daily, same as calcium.

It depends on the type of ferrous you're taking. The dosage differs according to their milligrams.

The one I'm using is a once daily tablet (Ferobin plus). There is a very common one given at most hospital's pharmacy (small small pills) it's taken twice daily. So I'll suggest you see a doctor or a pharmacist.

My baby girl made her grand entrance during the early hours of today. I am grateful to God for his mercies. Mum, dad and big brother are doing well. I wish every other mamas a safe delivery.

How I wish I can like your comment a thousand times!! It's a detailed and very practical one.

To be sincere, I do everything in the house, ranging from cooking, washing, cleaning and running errands ( I now carry lunch-bag looking for mama-put on the street, even when food is at home). Sometimes, when I come back, that's how she will be sending me from one place to the other to buy her different food!

Frankly she has been wasting food very much these days! Many times, after eating and enjoying the food, she will vomit it. Although that's understandable, but my wife will abandon the food that I cook for her before going to work (my work sometimes take me away for two days) until it spoils; She will be cooking noodles (with plenty pepper that's enough for party rice).

Regarding massage, I'm now her masseurs/massage therapist

It's has not been easy on me , i must be sincere; the stress is much. But at every point in time, i do assure her that i Understand what she is going through and we are together on this.

Thanks once again.

Don't worry, by the time she hits second trimester, everything will be fine.

You're doing great and it's for a good course.

Waooo , that's quite high oooo. I paid 280k for a private room in Ibadan . #250k for general room . Port Harcourt is quite pricey though .

Wow! People are paying this high for delivery!!!

Here, in Niger state. Normal vd in a private is around 60/70 depending on the hospital while cs is 100k for single foetus and 120k for twins.

General hospital normal delivery is 15k thereabout while cs is 30 to 35k.

Go to those women selling local herbs in the market, tell them you want to buy OSUN. It's red in color like mud. Crush it and mix it with coconut oil. Apply it on the affected area.
N.B make sure the baby isn't puting on white o cos it stains. All the best.
