He's their little big brother, not a stranger, so they must have not felt any danger being with him. This whole problem must have started with all this brother and sister play play, but the boy must have been influenced with negative sexual exposure before, so from play play, devil enta and den do things not meant to be done. You can't jail the boy na, he is 17 years old. Most likely still very foolish or didn't really understand the consequences of his actions. I think if anything is to be blamed here, we have to start from poor parenting. This is what happens when children are left to grow by themselves, sometimes they make the stupidest or costliest mistakes. The parents have a lot of fault in this. They have allowed their son to be exposed to the world too much than he can handle. If you don't teach your child right from wrong, the the world wi teach your child for you, and most likely teach the child the wrong things. The boy probably has been exposed to porn online or bad friends in school or neighborhood. Who gave him phone, most likely the parents.
