This one is little compared to the 2yrs heart break of DPR and worse is even getting to interview level and meeting people that have less technical background, at the end of it all is on nairaland i found out that they have finished recruitment and some people were employed at director level... I pray this is not one of such kind and God will at this time restore the years that we have loss. Amen

I also feel that their might be departmental demands put into considerations too.... Apart from geopolitical criteria their might be selection based on career from the overall performance and that will also bring in low score individuals into the system to balance for the demands...

There can never be a uniform cut off mark for all States, it will simply be the best candidates from each state or geopolitical zone.
The must be a fair representation for all States of the federation in the recruitment exercise.
Adopting a general cut off mark will undoubtedly bring inequality into the system.
Assuming that they would like to interview 1000 candidates, about 60-70% could come from a certain geopolitical zone, while some zones could not have even 5% which is against the laid down procedures for recruitments into public service.
Anyway, whatever the case maybe, i trust NCDMB to do their homework well and it could take longer than expected. Some people that scored high will be dropped and some that scored low will make it to the next level. Begin to look beyond scores please.

I was also a victim, imagine a process that started 2016 and ended 2018... After the riggles of travelling across the country to write exam and then interview and only saw Nairaland that they have gotten appointment letters with some people getting at director level from entry...

Don't you think we really need a WhatsApp group right now? where it will be easier to share ideas with respect to the practice questions. Whatsapp is more flexible than nairaland for that purpose considering other features like voice notes, sharing of files or even solving of some questions that others may find difficult due to their field of study.

Yesooo, I know one guy that collected APL on Friday as EH - system Analyst although I don't know his state of origin but he is a yeruba boy, and I suspecte him to be SH list but he is claiming merit. Good luck to all hopefuls
