You need deliverance, both physically and spiritually.

PHYSICAL DELIVERANCE First of all, make a firm decission never to indulge in this act again. Develop self control, whenever the urge comes, try as much as possible to control it. Set a target for yourself, maybe daily, that you won't visit the ashs. If the urge persists, get busy, find something doing like cooking, washing, or any domestic work..
Also cut off from those friends of yours ( if still together)

Try this for a week, two weeks, then a month. Bet me, the addiction will die a natural death.. Then cling to your wife..
