Good evening good people of NL. I was robbed in my house about 3years ago and my car was stolen with other valuables but I felt the police did nothing to recover all that was stolen.

I have a police extract.

How can I track the car? The only evidence I have for the car is the picture and the plate number.

I but the car Nigerian used, I have done change of name and my bad, the original papers are in the car, it was my first.
