Bro calm down, it is way more complex than that. Firstly, how many people are going to scored 90-100 , if you think 500k people will score that then you are having a delusion.. even if there are 90%ters in a state, you still have to consider thier local government.. don't be surprised some local government might not even have applicants with that amount of scores and 50%ters might get a chance.. So you do the maths..by the way I had 80% which I know will give me a strong chance..you had 85% be grateful

Let me tell you what happened in my own case. I was facing the same problem with you and I was using chrome browser. Then I went to download Firefox browser and to my surprise I was able to update my profile after just few tries.
I still did my test with chrome tho

I'm currently serving in Niger...The nysc camp is at paiko. The camp is not what you will consider up to standard, there is shortage of toilets and sometimes it is messed up..Also water to bath can be a problem sometimes so prepare for that..but the camp is good compared to some..
In Niger state there are lots I mean lots of rural areas and villages...the developing side of Niger where coppers wish to be are mostly zones in Minna, suleja and Bida reason being that this sides are a bit developed but areas like Aguara, Gurara, lapai etc are full of villages where coppers are needed the most...but it's not that bad most villages have a good coppers lodge and cost of living is cheap but you might be isolated from the city life for a while...
So if you know you don't want to serve in rural and underdeveloped areas or villages try finding your PPA to places under Minna, suleja or Bida

It might interest you to know that a mushroom is not a plant...it is basically a macro fungi and most fungi are saprophytic..only green plants needs sunlight to survive (photosynthesis)
