That doesn't change the fact that negligence on the part of your officials contributed to the death of the girl! If this was to happen in saner climes, with healthy justice systems, you guys will pay through the nose for the death of the poor girl. It's only in this hell hole of a country that one's malfeasances causes the death of another and instead of taking responsibility, they come to spew nonsense like this and go scot-free. What tosh!
