How can someone be qualified for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Express Entry?

I am 36 years old I have a masters degree and work experience, I calculated my score and it’s 394, I don’t think I can start learning French now especially because age is not on my side.

My only hope now is to get the PN

You can take either CIMA Ba1-ba4, ACCA f1-f3.

I would recommend CIMA. It's more theoretical for someone that doesn't have accounting background than ACCA.

Either of the two can be done within a month or two. You can evaluate with WES to give you a 1yr Canadian degree equivalent.

Yes, he can use Agriculture Noc.
His noc fall under supervisor.
Check the Noc for Agriculture.

Just make sure the farm is registered and annual returns up to date.

Some people have done it and it worked. You necessarily don't have to do change of Name. The most important thing is to provide substantial evidence that your relationship exist.

Ps: Change of Name on Passport may take close to 2 months. Mine took 2 months and some days
