Study applications cannot be accepted for the time being.

This year, the pre-enrolment for Italian Universities will be done online and the deadline to issue visas is 30th November 2020.

Furthermore, it is almost certain that the first semester will be done online only. Last, but not least, the Nigerian airspace is closed for international and intercontinental flights, and the entrance of the Schengen Space is not
allowed.

They will reply you, most likely that appointments are suspended. Study visa issues are not considered important right now. I'll advise prospective students to activate plan B. No need to talk too much.

They will surely reply whenever they feel they are okay with the pandemic. They is no country that will suspend or won't see the important of Foreign student because they know the positive effect it will have with there economy.

As for the legalization, will ask you to send a mail to your school and ask them if they are other means you can go about with the legalization stuff and also confirm from embassy if they are okay with the means.

You can but will advise u to Use your Parents instead. You have to prove to the consulate that you are financial stable and won't be burden to the Italian Government.. .So Using your uncle's account might not be right because He might decided not to help u out in future because he also have his own family to take care of.

Please use your dad or Mom if you actually wanna get visa this year o. You can do self sponsor which is even more better.

I believe you can use Dad or Mom if you are a fresh graduate or have few years of job experience but if you are older than 30 or so then I will advise you on self sponsor.

Have they stopped authenticating student copy? I did mine Dec last yr(student copy) and it was authenticated.

I called one of the official(MoE) early this year and he told me that they don't authenticate Student copy. The student copy is handed to the student while official copy is either sent to Organisation or school that requested for it. However the student can get it by hand if he or she knows how to work around it.

You can't use student copy. Will advise you to get intouch with your School Exams and Records..

This morning, they responded to the one of last week and I haven’t gotten a response for the appointment.

Pre enrollment is now online so you might do it before you legalise your documents. However , some school asked for translated documents when filling the pre enrollment form online.

On the website, this was mentioned for Italian citizenship and just brith certificate mentioned for studies/education.

1) Was told that is part of the documents you will summit when applying for vIsa.

2) Pre-enrollment is done on line for now whereas Legalization is done at the embassy.

3) You will have to send the embassy a mail and they will reply with date for your legalization. However, it seems the have cancelled legalization for now due to the pandemic.

The affidavit and NPC attestation is sufficient. Both documents take the place of birth certificate for those born 1992. You also need to translate and authenticate at MOFA. I advise you to send copies for translation while processing authentication (because translation might take time if the translators are busy).

I think you should be able to do the translation in Abuja. The rule is that you can translate anywhere but everyone is just being extra careful by translating at the consulate's recommended translators to avoid stories that touch.

Please , are you sure that we have to authenticate Affidavit and NPC attestation ? Because it seems is not part of the documents that need to be Authenticate.

Hi, firstly you have to o ensure you get your Official Transcript , Certificate and O'level certificate in hand for easy processing .

Secondly, you take everything to Ministry of Education for Evaluation.

Thirdly , you proceed to Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Authentication after you are don't with the new evaluation.

Note that you will be ask to pay some amount for the evaluation and Authenticity of the document summited and also you will be required to buy Scratch card for your O'level result.

No. They only accept Official Transcript.

YOu can visit MoE on Mondays and Wednesdays, while MoFA is any day of the week(Mondays - Fridays)

If you go early like 8am, am sure you will finish everything withing a day.
