£1000 cool, but how are you paying the rest, is it by monthly instalments or the 50/50 as @oppson mentioned?

Let say your Tuition fee is 12500 for the whole duration.

You will have to pay 1000 to get CAS. So you left with 11500

You will have to pay 5250 before Enrollment to complete your first installment.. which means you have paid 6250.

So the balance of 6250 will have to o be paid 4months after enrollment to compete the whole Tuition fee

How's their initial deposit and fee payment plan? I didn't see that on their website.

Initial deposit is 50% of Tuition fee on or during enrollment and the other 50% in 4months time.

These guys are getting ridiculous. What is the essence of the exorbitant IHS fees, if they are asking us to still pay for Covid-19 test. UK student visa is almost looking like daylight yahoo yahoo.

Another source of funds for them.

It's correct. You'll pay £470 *2 for the 2 years duration of your course + £235 for the extra 4 months that will be added to your visa = £1,175.

Please is there any school in Australia that doesn't require IELTS Score and a 3rd class graduate with 9yeaes working experience can apply to?

mehn it wasn't easy but God came through for me!

I joined this thread September 2020 after i got rejected of a canada student visa, my plan was to go for masters in Uk September 2021 but as God will have it, canada refunded my fees earlier than i thought and admission came through with UK, all through to paying school fees through form A, to proof of funds, to CAS, mehn it was just God ( don't let anyone tell you it's easy) lol i even had delay in collection of my Visa..

Got my CAS- 19th January 2021
Filled in my application- 20th January 2021
Biometrics- 21st January 2021
Collection- 8th February 2021 (12 days after biometrics)
Priority, VI centre

Everything came through for me despite all odds, I wasn't even expecting it, as at the 9th day after biometrics when I wasn't getting any feedback as regards my application, i had to put a call through to UKVI where i was told decision hasn't been taken yet on my application (omo i wanted to ment lol) . She said she will escalate it.
So this morning i decided to put another call through, and i was told a decision had been taken, funny part to it when i collected my passport, it was stamped 26th January (3rd day after biometrics).
I want to thank everyone, those still expecting, your goodnews will come, i also want to thank Victor, dude actually encouraged me through the waiting stage.. God bless

Seems UK study visa is the best for 9ja�. Cos I can't count the number of good news have read since I joined this thread last month.

Easiest job to get during this pandemic is Care jobs and warehouse. Hospitality and d rest Don go. Hopefully if the Govt don comot the current lockdown, few jobs go still show face �

I believe both jobs ain't bad....

It has not been easy so far, they easily gave me the outgoing calls but been difficult getting the incoming calls but I have started my reason for the request I hope someone good considers me up and picks up the email sent them and consider me

Out going calls is mostly the easiest .

Anyway what u needed is incoming calls

I don't think you should spend time looking for this opportunity. Look for other means to offset the cost of your study. Or better yet, go for a Thesis-based Master which comes in either partial or full funding.

Main Applicant - December 16, 2020
Dependent (3) - December 21, 2020
Visa application - Standard.

After 18 working days of biometrics without any update, I sent a mail to UK VI and got a response that my case has been escalated.

On January 21, 2021 (23 working days after biometrics), I got a non-straightforward mail.

Collection/Decision mail - January 29, 2021 (29 working days after biometrics).

Today February 1, 2021 passports collected and all applications approved.

My conclusion and take away from Nairaland.
Standard application is a long waiting game that requires serious patience. Don't box yourself into any timeframe that may give you high BP. If you do everything right and provide the required genuine documents, application will be granted.

The waiting period was really frustrating.

I return all glory to God for His faithfulness over me and my family.

For those still waiting and prospective applicant, God will grant you, your heart desire.

Hello everyone, I applied to university of Bedfordshire for masters and my application was unsuccessful due to university gap because I graduated 11years ago. They only take maximum of 5 years. I told them I have several years of work experience but they said it’s their policy. I’m so confused because I applied to some other schools still waiting for response. Please do know any school that doesn’t have restriction as to when one graduate from school. I planned on schools that has opening for May intake. Suggestions please. Thank you

Nobody can tell you that the visa is sure. Once you meet the requirements,you are good to go
