Hello house

I need help on my Canadian visa application
I applied with my wife and two children since September 15 2017
We were supposed to travel December but alas we have not heard from the embassy
I just linked my paper application to an online I account I created today

Information on the online account was they were still processing the visa and doing background checks

Don’t know how long it will be

Any advise people

Here I am again
Last time I was here was October last year
I had a case of my 5year old twins visa application being put on administrative processing.
As you advised I wrote an email which was read but no reply
Let me refresh you of the circumstances
Their uncle brought them for the interview and was supposed to travel with them last year but the first interview, the vo said he wanted to see the parents, when we got to the embassy, the lady wanted to know how ma y children the uncle had taken to america and that he should list the names, which he did. She put the children visa application on administrative processing since last year may
I have written several emails
We do not know the duration of how long this will last
Last year you advised I should send an email
It was read and I got a response in which I was copied
The reply was for a miss Jennifer to respond to the inquiry from a mr Tunji
But since then no response
Please what else can we do
The children wants to travel this summer again and we were told not to apply until the conclusion of this application

The tour guide is their uncle, my in-law, my wife's sisters husband
And it was all stated in their application form for them
It has been 10months since we went to the embassy and was placed on administration. I want to know whether we can apply again as they want to travel for Easter holidays.
I read on the UStravels that administration is supposed to be for 2months and might extend more than that in some circumstances.
All I need to know is that can we reapply, my wife has finished her contract and will be able to go with the children now

I applied for visas for my twin children to travel to the US for holiday, they went with a tour guide and the consular officer asked that the tour guide should present there parents
When we went to the embassy, it was another consular officer that we met and asked the tour guide his company papers me but he did not take it into the interview room, she now asked that he should list the names of the children he has travelled with
At the end of the day she put the children's application under administration
We have been on this since end of May 2016
Have called and sent numerous emails
The email that was opened actually had a guy responded and directed the officer to respond to the inquiry that was in November of last year, but we are in 2017 and still have not heard from them
Can we apply again? Or is there any other options
If they are denied would have been better
