I personally I'm not a fan of unions.

Labour unions exist primarily to protect their members but they unknowingly cause massive damage to the economy.

Look at the new minimum wage for instance. How many states could conveniently pay the 18,000 talk less of 30,000. We're the wage increase be enforced as it is in many countries, there'll be massive layoffs by both the private and public sector. This will sharply increase the unemployment rate.

Countries with powerful unions have higher levels of unemployment than those with weak unions.

Also, the economies of countries with weak unions tend to grow faster than countries with powerful unions.
in countries where leaders are leaders not idiots

Anyway let me educate you.In America here, you cannot loose your job because of Traffic offence even if you are a Police officer, so as other folks.but you pay fine or face ban for couples of weeks or months.
you are the dumbest ass i have ever seen, federal and State workers faces more strict decepline when they break the laws. Expecially when you hold a leadership position. There are different agencies and NGOs who will take your case up and take you to court to make sure your are severely punished even if your orriginal fine is $156. Politics › Re: Sacking Service Chiefs Won’t Solve Insecurity – Pastor Adeboye by Optional09: 3:29am On May 12, 2019
service chiefs whom were paid billions of naira to secure the country and are unable to devise technichniques to cob crimes. we need intelligent educated people in government who have gone trough standard management and security traiing with genuine love for the country.

nonsesense talk Adeboye, why do we have data, datas can easily be transferred to the new service chief and as a mater of fact we need a completely new techniques to fight crime in Nigeria. The rest of the world are using technology, data gathering and management, security cameras, justice, job creation, proper education, rehabilitation. these are all security security mechanisms

You are speaking a language they don't understand and probably won't understand it even in the next decade or so. Nigeria is retrogressing as days go by, may God help that country.
These guys don’t know what they are doing, they always get behind close doors to address security issues that should be communicated with the Nigerian people at least to give us some level of confidence. There are mechanisms to make security effective, if those things are not in place noithing will work.

Police should be concerned about gathering accurate data about crime so as not to abuse the rights of innocent hardworking citizens by creating unnecessary checkpoints that will be unprodcutive but put innocent Nigerians into more frustration.
Politics › Re: President Buhari's Meeting With Security Chiefs In Pictures by Optional09:
Only if they have any idea how to fix the security problems.

Where are the patrol vehicles
What are the rules of engagements
What are citizens rights
Are there any data collection systems to identify high crime zone.?
Many thing is involved in security, technology is paramount
Are there secrete cameras installed in lonely areas
Are there Red light cameras to identify who is driving recklessly.
What about emergency short codes and standby responders.
Is there any ER systems

If you continue to think it’s all about checkpoints then you are just deceiving yourselfs
